KB-2391 Process Insights Diagram Views Unavailable in Mozilla Firefox
Symptoms
- Only the Basic Diagram view is available; other diagram views are not visible or accessible.
- All editing options appear greyed out when attempting to edit a view.
- The issue persists after clearing cache and cookies in Firefox.
Cause
This is a product limitation with Process Insights specific to the Mozilla Firefox browser in Appian 26.3.
Action
Upgrade to Appian 26.4 or later, where this issue has been resolved.
Workaround
Use a supported browser other than Mozilla Firefox (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge) to access Process Insights functionality until the upgrade is completed.
Affected Versions
This article applies to Appian 26.4 and earlier using Mozilla Firefox as a web browser.
