Hi, As per appian 24.1 documentation, I was looking for Ai Skills for - "Prompt Builder" option. I have checked and verified that I have 24.1 Appian version and when I select "AI Skills" then I can only 3 options as 1. Document Classification. 2. Documentation Extraction 3.Email Classification. Can someone please help me that why I am not able to see that 4th Option for Prompt Builder? Also, I am looking for some example to create a prompt lib for the use case we are looking into. Thanks in advance.

Hi, How to extract data from email using Email Classification AI, I have created Email Classification AI Skill , and provided some sample emails , on using the "Classify Emails smart service" its only returns some prediction of the email type.  Can anyone please help to guide what to do with the prediction of the email type, as I was looking more towards extracting the data from email using AI ML Email Classification. Same goes for Document Classification AI Skill, basically I want to understand what is the practical use of it? Thanks Bihitak

I am just playing around. I have AI skill configured with matching PDF field data. It was successfully reconciled and saved data in CDT when i have less than 5 fields under 5 min. I tried to have 10 fields straight, no table type/structure, however it failed with "Document Extraction Failed." looks like timeout. It took more than 5 min even to through this error. I have a requirement where I need to send an Image ID using users data(his profile pic in Appian) through an API. Hi, I am currently receiving an error when trying to convert free text from a paragraph into an html, simply because the single apostrophe (') does not convert to a special character when trying to create html formats used to create a microsoft document and convert it to pdf. The document either shows the escape character of ' or we receive an exception error in the process model. I am using the smart service Configure DocX From Dynamic Template. I have been using the toHtml() function to convert all text into html format, but only receive this error for sing apostrophes. Any help would be useful. Thank you.

Hi team Here is my use case: Duplicate an app that exists in one schema to a different schema (for data separation) Recreate every object in the SAM app in the SAL app In creating the SAL schema, convert all instances of a!queryEntity() to a!queryRecordType() Temporarily leave the SAM app in place so I can compare SAL functionality against SAM functionality Completed so far: Created the new schema (SAL) Set up the new synchronised record types Duplicated or created every object that exists in SAM into SAL Ensured the SAL site has the same layout as the SAM site Questions I need answers for: Is there a way to do a bulk find and replace to change all references in every expression from SAM to SAL, or do I have to manually update each individual expression? We are trying to compare to one intake value with data that is coming from another system. Both these values are present in pv and we are using contains function inside a script task to check the same. But even though the value is present in array, its giving false.  Array value Single valueBoth are of same data types but still giving false. contains(arrayValue, singleValue) is the function being used inside a script task. Let us know if we are doing something wrong here.

Hi, I am trying to experiment with Appian Co-pilot and I have encountered few issues. 1. I have set up my chat completion model in admin console. https://azure-open-test777.openai.azure.com/openai/deployments/gpt35-model/completions?api-version=2023-09-15-preview   : this is Chat completion endpoint in Azure If i Paste it in the admin console under AI services it's giving error, but if I add chat/ in endpoint as suggested by Appian then it is successful, please refer attached SS. Even if I give different deployment model name the connection is successful HOW??? 2. I am trying to upload simple PDF after successful connection (refer SS highlighted in yellow color), i am unable to get the expected interface. PDF:   

I have defined a process calendar called "US calendar". I defined working hours for 14.2.2024 to be from 8am to 4pm. When calling calisworktime(datetime(2024,2,14,15), "US calendar") (checking if 4pm is working time) it returns true. Then i set working hours for 14.2.2024 to be from 8am to 5pm. Then i called calisworktime(datetime(2024,2,14,16), "US calendar") (checking if 5pm is working time) and it returned false. It appears that calisworktime() function does not behave consistently. I have tried searching for this problem but it appears nobody else has experienced it.

Hi, We have an expression rule (see below image). We want to get the indices of numbers from the array (local!numberList) that would not make the local!initialValue negative when added together.   The result we are expecting from the sample values in the image is: {1, 2, 3, 5} If we have local!initialValue = 100 & local!numberlist = {5, 100, 15, 100, 25}, the result should be: {1, 3, 5} We're having a hard time thinking of the way we can do this. Would gladly appreciate your help.
