Hi All,Need your assistence i just wanted to update all the groups visibility to public by expression is there any way to do that.For example, If i have multiple groups and there visibility is restricted then i want to update it to as public please let me know if you have anything. Kindly let us know, how to add AND and OR operators in 'IF' condition. Hi Team, We have a custom GenAI platform in my company with custom chat completions API. Is there an interface component available in Appian that provides chat like UI? Or how can we design one? The chatBOT component available on marketplace require an OpenAI URL or API Key. It has no possibility of accepting my custom GENAI API URL and key.   Thanks Bihitak

Hi All, My requirement is to read the excel sheet data and to write it into Database table from Appian. The excel sheet contains some dateTime columns. But when we read the excel sheet in Appian, it considers all the columns as text, so I am getting the dateTime as below format when I read the excel, example 1: "2024-01-31 09:14:36" example 1: "2024-05-28 15:14:36" But I have created  columns with dateTime datatype in CDT/table, so please help me to convert the above dateTime text to dateTime as below formats, output 1: 1/31/2024 9:14 AM output 2: 5/28/2024 3:14 PM Thanks in Advance!

Hi, As per appian 24.1 documentation, I was looking for Ai Skills for - "Prompt Builder" option. I have checked and verified that I have 24.1 Appian version and when I select "AI Skills" then I can only 3 options as 1. Document Classification. 2. Documentation Extraction 3.Email Classification. Can someone please help me that why I am not able to see that 4th Option for Prompt Builder? Also, I am looking for some example to create a prompt lib for the use case we are looking into. Hi, How to extract data from email using Email Classification AI, I have created Email Classification AI Skill , and provided some sample emails , on using the "Classify Emails smart service" its only returns some prediction of the email type.  Can anyone please help to guide what to do with the prediction of the email type, as I was looking more towards extracting the data from email using AI ML Email Classification. I am just playing around. I have AI skill configured with matching PDF field data. It was successfully reconciled and saved data in CDT when i have less than 5 fields under 5 min. I tried to have 10 fields straight, no table type/structure, however it failed with "Document Extraction Failed." looks like timeout. It took more than 5 min even to through this error. Hi, I am currently receiving an error when trying to convert free text from a paragraph into an html, simply because the single apostrophe (') does not convert to a special character when trying to create html formats used to create a microsoft document and convert it to pdf. The document either shows the escape character of ' or we receive an exception error in the process model. I am using the smart service Configure DocX From Dynamic Template. I have been using the toHtml() function to convert all text into html format, but only receive this error for sing apostrophes. Any help would be useful. Thank you.
