In Community edition , I am not able to find "Try Prompt Builder" under AI Skills . Do I need any other permissions for that ?

Prompt Builder is not in Community Edition - it requires a licensed Appian Cloud instance with Appian AI enabled.

Generative AI based AI skills are disabled in Community Edition as its part of full version of Appian platform. Hence you wont be able to see it.
