Hi Team, i created a process Report for a user that displays processes initiated by him. now i want to display some charts using that reports. but the chart fields are accepting record types.is there any method that we can us the process report data into charts to visualize them graphically Thank you  J Vinay 

Hi, I have a summary screen which has list of columns that I generated using a Record Type list and not through an interface. How do I put a checkbox using a grid column? I found this link which talks about the delete functionality but not sure where do I enter this code as I am not able to access the expression editor to the entire summary screen instead I only see individual grid column expression editor. docs.appian.com/.../recipe-delete-rows-in-a-grid.html Basically I want to implement delete functionality by selecting each row using checkbox and delete them.  Appreciate any help and advance thanks!! My local variable is showing 1 item, but it should show 6 items. That is referring to only one value from the referenced table.The dropdown using this local variable shows only 1 item in it. I need to make it show 6 items. I have used the referenced table({}) this function also.

Hi All, I am using template to word doc smart service to create ms word doc from the input template. We have to replace few fields from the template. Now the problem I am facing is if the value is there then it's getting populated properly with underline(as there is a underline in the input template) but if there is no value it's getting replaced by blank and because of that there is no underlines available for those fields. So i want to know is there a way to replace the items only based upon some condition ? like if the value is null just do not touch that ? something like that can be configured ?

Hi, I am trying to trigger a process Model when we have received an email to a particular email. Is it required to include Process Model UUID in both subject and body of the email.

This part of the course wants you to create a new record type and from the database table select "AS_Vehicle" however, when I get to the "Configure Date Source" menu the only options that show up are "PF_ACCOUNT, PF_ACCOUNT_TYPE, PF_GOAL, PF_TRANSACTION".  Does anyone happen to know what is going wrong here? Or how I can access the "AS_Vehicle" database table? 

Hello, When I import either a csv or excel file. the records do not appear on the data store.  I do not have access to view the database but the files make it to the target folder. Thank you for the help

When I deleted the Record .It gives error Error:-- After deleting the rows , row has deleted correctly  but this message come again and again.. not able to redirect summary page from where I am deleting the records

Hi, I have a Process Model and it should run as per the scheduled time. There were no issues with this. But, as and when I am re-starting Appian services, the above defines process Model is triggering. Can someone advise if I have to do any setting changes to avoid this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have a requirement where user uploads the document(at this stage we have the temporary document) in the editable grid. Beside of the document component, we should display the document name in the text field. If user wants they can edit the document name. I just want to know whether we can do this or not. I have a requirement to log user activity on a page on page load. What would be the best way to do so. As we don't have any feature to invoke smart services on page load, not sure how to do that.

Hi Everyone, I am getting an error in our site page which says "The requested task is not Available"(The task may have been deleted or completed by another assignee) and the site page is configured in a process start form This is very random and I am thinking this could be idle session timeout but we recently migrated our application from on-prem to cloud and we never got this error in on-prem. Hi Everyone , Which link component can we use for this link(Target) which not a part of any record "gileadmedaffairsdev.appiancloud.com/.../iQBdsM9sWBbQJu_AcauYDn3QmjvXg6b8LUgndmI4vkmGkMvHAg" Where "060be4f3-2634-4745-98fe-88fbb6fcf834" this part(attribute) will change everytime when we open the page .Thats why we are not able to use the above target as it is as URI in safe link component. Is there any solution where we can generate link for the above target Many thanks
