Hi Team Will system administrator gets all the errors of the app. Is that the default thing. When record type sync fails system administrator of the environment is getting notified. Is there a way to restrict this and main goal is to alert the support group when the instances fail and we have added the support group in the alert in the process model. Hi, I'm trying to save an array value to a local variable, it looks like getting saved, but when I check for the length of the local variable, I'm getting as 0. Where as when I save the same array during declaration of the local variable, I'm getting the length as expected.  What I'm missing here ? what is the proper way of saving into local variables after declaring them. HI All, I am trying to schedule the start node of the process model using Timer in Appian. PFB the configuration: I am trying to schedule it at an interval of some hour. I want this hours to be configurable so used constant rather than hardcoding it. Now the problem I am facing is whenever I change the value it only picks the old value. Let say the current value is 15 and if I change it to 20, it will still run after interval of 15 hour. and later if I change it to 22, it will run after 20 hours. So I am not sure why this weird behaviour.  anyone have notices this and anyone knows the solution to this ? Is there a way to refresh the values before using it . or something like that ? Thanks

Hi All, , I am using the export dse to excel smart service. One column in db having decimal values but when exported to template it Removes the decimal part. Although I have formatted the column to number decimal in the template but it is not working. Can anyone please suggest some solution. Many Thanks!

HI all,  We have recently added new columns to the existing view ,and in the data type of that view we have added new columns through xsd. Then in the data store also we can see that the entity are mapped.But coming to the record type where we used that view .it is throwing the error that source is not available,even we have checked to select the view again we are not able to see that view in the record type. Could you please help us?
