Hi Experts I have to delete extra files from request folders. Request folders were created at the time of request creation. Extra files means , when I was trying to migrate the files from legacy environment to cloud, PM fails. So, I Re-migrate the files that's why those request folders have some extra files. Now, before deleting those files I need to take a backup of files and folders, How to do I do this , because when I take backup and reupload backup, the doc id and folder id changes and I don't want IDs to be change. Taking backup is more important because we can't except any important files to be delete.  If any solution is possible please explain step by step. Thank you guys in advance

Hi, I am trying to write data into DB using record type which is multiple. Process variable had data correctly but when it is writing into db the data is writing as  null though source fields and record fields data type is same and structure is same. Can someone help me on this?

I got this error when none of the interfaces or expression rules mentioned use the load() function, they all use a!localVariables(). Does anyone know why this error could still be appearing? "Interface Definition: Expression evaluation error ... The load() function cannot be used within rules called by looping functions other than a!forEach(). Hello All, I'm experiencing a strange error with an API object when making a POST request. This is the request body:  { "project_id": 4, "participant_id": 1, "strata1": "New York", "strata2": "9"} I'm receiving a 302 error with the following error message: Error processing integration response error-result-guidance The response body could not be converted to an Appian value The jsonText parameter was not valid JSON. Received: <.... I have verified that the API key and endpoint are correct. I am able to get a 400 error using PostMan. Has anyone encountered anything like this before?

Hi All, We have  recordtype actions configured as dialogs for create and update of record. In the popup UI, the dropdown component not showing the drop-down values on the press of enter key when 508 tool ANDI is enabled. and the buttons (close or create) is not triggering in the case of the dialog format UI. Could anyone suggest what can be the approach to resolve the 508 issues? appreciate the suggestions. Thanks in advance for same. Raj

Hi, I am trying to experiment with Appian Co-pilot and I have encountered few issues. 1. I have set up my chat completion model in admin console. https://azure-open-test777.openai.azure.com/openai/deployments/gpt35-model/completions?api-version=2023-09-15-preview   : this is Chat completion endpoint in Azure If i Paste it in the admin console under AI services it's giving error, but if I add chat/ in endpoint as suggested by Appian then it is successful, please refer attached SS. I have 5 columns configured in Kanban field, when I moving the upper tickets in &quot;TO DO&quot; column it works,But when I am scrolling down to the bottom parts to move further tickets in &quot;TO DO&quot; columns it doesn&#39;t work,reason because the container for &quot;TO DO&quot; column is too short(if their is less tickets in columns ), and not extended till max length of the column. Hi,&nbsp; So I have a process model that sends an email and that email has a link that should redirect to that particular case summary page. Now, my Site has 4 tabs and in one of the tab we have 3 tabs and one of which has the record list of&nbsp; some XYZ table. In the record list,when clicked on the link of a particular case redirects to the summary view that is an interface created separately which takes the identifier as the input. Now, I am able to get the tempo url but what I need is the site url. Is it possible to get the site url. I tried substituting but didn&#39;t work for me. Let me know any kind of solution.
