"Orders", "Products" and "Order Product Variations" (relationship).Orders (id, createdOn)Products(id, categoryId)  *category must be equal to 5Order Product Variations (id, productId, quantity, createdOn) I want to create an interface that shows which products are ordered for each day. The orders products that are included for each day are from the previous date at 09:30:01 to current day at 09:30:00 I want to have a counter for each product (including the quantity) I want to ask what is the best way to proceed with this. This interface will be used by the Canteen Manager to prepare lunch orders for employees. At a later stage I will try to show which employees ordered each food. Hi , we are facing an issue with huge tomcat logs size after enabling the recieve email configuration in our project. in the tomcat  logs I see the following recurring errorERROR com.appiancorp.mdb.EmailHandlerBean - Error receiving message in EmailHandlerBean MDBjavax.mail.MessagingException: Message could not be sent;Caused by: com.appiancorp.messaging.ProcessRouteMissingException: APNX-1-8001-001: No Process Routing Information Provided: Needs one of DestinationEventPersistentID, DestinationProcessID, DestinationPMID, DestinationPMUUIDThis doesn't make much sense since the only process model UUID that I have receiving emails has been added to the custom properties file already. Instead of sending out an email using the process model "Alert" setting, I am trying to integrate with Pager Duty API. Is there any way we can call an integration object (to integrate with Pager Duty) so that we publish an event to Pager Duty instead of sending out an email? Right now the email is been sent out and it integrates with pager duty in that fashion but our preference is to skip sending email all together.

So I have an interface that has links to documents that have been uploaded. However, the documents don't exist until after they've gone through a process model (or rather they're a temp file that you can't reference at that time). What I'd like to do is disable those links if the documents haven't been put into the system yet, but I am not sure how to check to see if the document exists in the system yet or not. Is there a function or something that can test a doc id to see if it's valid or not?

Hi, In foreach loop I am fetching some value. So the requirement is at current index of foreach loop I am updating some default value and then at the proceeding indexes i want to increment by one in the default value. Here is how I am doing it. a!forEach( items: local!rawData_at, expression: if(fv!index = 1, a!update(fv!item,"KeyTaskModel",ri!KeyTaskModel_StartingOrder_int), a!update(fv!item,"KeyTaskModel",fv!index+1) )) What it is doing is i have saved the value from rule input ri!KeyTaskModel_StartingOrder_int at the first index but the subsequent indexes is adding value to the index value not the rule input value. Hi I have a process model to create a workflow..In the first interface,the user can enter details and they can clone the workflow ‘n’ times by clicking on clone button..After clicking “submit” button,the next page comes to update each workflow by adding some levels by clicking each one.Suppose if we update the first workflow and then clicked on update button, it will show green colour.But when clicking on second workflow and click update after provided the levels,,it shows ”action completed” without giving the green colour. For example,I have cloned the workflow 2 times,after clicking on submit button ,it then moves to update page..so if I update the first workflow it will get updated,but when trying to update second it shows action completed..This is happening if we put number of clones as 10 or any number as first workflow only gets updated. I have a scenario to clone application objects to create them as separate application and I couldn't find any api that can clone objects (under different application prefix) and set the object dependencies to newly created objects (uuids or object with new prefix). For example: Application has rule A_A, CDT 'A_B' and process model 'A C' where process model 'C' uses rule A & cdt B. I have to now create another application with prefix lets say 'X' and clone objects from A into it with rule X_A, CDT X_B and process model 'X C' and ensure that process model 'X C' now refers to X_A and X_B. All of this to happen in a plugin (servlet or smart service). Explored ApplicationService and AssociatedObjects and both of them don't offer any such methods.  Appreciate any help/suggestions.

My customer wants to use the chat function. We are considering linking the chat system from an external system, but we would like to complete the exchange of messages within Appian as much as possible. Basically, the interaction is one-on-one, and it is assumed that the user will initiate a chat when making an inquiry to the administrator. Please let me know if the above chat function can be realized within Appian.

In our Appian Application a form is being submitted through a process mode and after the process it is automatically being redirected to home page. I want to keep the user in the same page after the submission. Is there any way to do it?

Hi, We have a requirement to expose an interface to users who don't have an account in Appian. While this could be solved using Appian Portals, we are in an on-premise environment, and I've read that Portals are not available in these on-premise environments. Is there any alternative that works similarly to Portals for on-premise environments? Thanks in advance
