I am using a custom picker. Fetching names from a group. And i want to pass a name using rule input. Then that name should not be visible in custom picker.How can i do it ?

I'm having to make edits to every record in a record type.  When I click on the first row of data - it takes me to a summary view, and I can now update the information without having to click on the Related Actions first (thank you for that btw) However once I've edited my record I want to go to the next record in the dataset.  Is there a way I can include a "next / back" function so that I don't have to keep going back to the list view first?

Hi All, We have a scenario like we need to store the documents which are generated by Appian into Documentum I have couple of questions like, 1.How are we going to store the documents to documentum and any sftp layer has to be in place? 2.do we need to have any integration layer between Appian and Documentum or can we connect directly the documentum and send the data. When I click on import then different interface open in one dialogue box and if I import document then record grid updates. I have two questions: 1: How can I implement two different process models export and import on single interface. I have created two separate process models and interfaces for import and export.  2: How to open different interfaces in dialogue box when I click on button.

Hi All, I have created  a related action inside task. When i try to access task from tempo and clicked on RA, It opened in new tab. Same task if i try to access from a site, I could able to open RA in dialog box. Can anyone suggest why this is happening? Thanks in advance!

HI , When we want to retrigger the new instance  1)Giving new instance values like id in process variables and click on start process for debugging then it will ask for save the process model.We have to click on that save ,Is there any other way to retrigger the process instance

There is an option to "only show when...."  however there is jack in the way of information on how to just say "show never" or "only show when visible" (i.e. link a breadcrumb trail) In this case I want to call the interface directly from its URL based on other conditions (I have 20-30 such pages which I don't want crowding out the top navigation) I only want the top navigation menu to show maybe 2-3 pages, not 50. But it seems every interface gets added to the top navigation whether I want it there or not.  How do I set this up?
