Appian Associate Developer Certification was inactive

I'm having issue with my certification as I still have expiry date for certification even though it is showing as Inactive, please see the attached screenshot. I have also completed the Appian Developer Videos again in the community. Do anyone know the reason behind this inactive certification even there is expiry date available? Please suggest if anyone knows anything, that could help me a lot.
