User's historical groups

Good Moring !

AFAIK we cann't trace the historical groups of a user but wanted to check with larger audience if there is any way to do so.

Ex. 

User "A" belongs to group "X", "Y" and "Z" on 8/1/2021. On 8/13, someone changed the group of user "A" to "L", "M", "Z". In this scenario i wanted to pull the past groups of user "A".

AFAIK, I don't see any log that will hold of the 'Group members History'
May be you can write a utility process model allow users to perform those actions only through these and you can have logic to write audits in DB in process model.
