I am trying to create a Salesforce Connected System with Username - Password Oauth. I am getting Appian was unable to connect to the provided Instance URL The following error occurred: ConnectionTimeoutException Please ensure the Salesforce Instance URL in the Connected System is valid.

Hi, we have a functionality to upload a file and save it in a folder in SharePoint. The connected system we are using is through the HTTP integrated Microsoft Graph Connected System. It works fine for a file size up to 100MB but post that we are facing Integration Error as [title=There was a problem with the request, message=Failed to connect to https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/drives/b!m6Ln0pXy60eQAb14pUvBiE4NVb13D6JDnJVPxlNZJEQw55MIsIdnQa8ktIM9MLWk/items/01HO3UJFSOHDXPAJQEDRA2S5JCHFKWTKGT:/MS_dummy_file_250MB20242245_024518.bin:/content, detail=HTTP/1.1 499 ]. Please can one suggest how to resolve this issue so that files with larger size can be uploaded using same connected system.

Hi team, Is there a way to access real-time information in SAP database like data link? I know there are BAPI smart service and SAP GUI libraries, and cofiguring record type with BAPI can have a bunch of records.But I also know the record type can have data as of the timing of full sync, which takes place once a day not every 10 mins. If we can configure the record type with jdbc instead of the smart service, I hope we can refer the latest data.But the problem is that SAP does not allow users to connect directly to its database with jdbc. Is there a good way to fulfill our requirement?What I wonder is if we can connect to SAP BTP with jdbc, we might be able to see the real-time data via BTP.And the idea I came up with is if the record type can be refreshed every 10 mins, this also helps us. I am using AWS Cognito to onboard Pool users with Appian via OIDC. I would like to know if I can use the Appian Login page instead of the one provided by Cognito. Cognito only supports English, so I wouldn't want to use the screen provided by Cognito.

Good Afternoon, We are using the query DOMO Dataset API to perform a SELECT query statement to retrieve some data for our Appian interface.  Documentation: https://developer.domo.com/portal/52fd0777839f4-query-a-data-set We only intend to use SELECT statements to get data however we still have to use a POST method for this API. Because the Appian Integration is using the POST method to perform the query we are not allowed to use it in the Appian Interface's on page load. It will only work when used through a SaveInto parameters for buttons or links. I tried to make a middle layer Appian Web API to perform the POST Query Statement but referencing the POST integration inside of the Web API code that is using GET method was not allowed. I am going to try to use the Web API to launch a process model. It means when user click on HELP (as one of site pages) it will redirect him to a SharePoint page with useful docs. I tried it as Interface with safelink but it does not work. I can upload the documents from external application to the Appian. When try to open the received documents with file extensions .docx,.pdf,.pptx, the files are throwing error and after I select "Repair" option, then the files are opened. But the files with extension .xlsx,.zip,.png,.bmp are not opening and its throwing "file format or file extension is not valid" error and unable to open the files. Hi All, I have setup the integration object using https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/21.2/sharepoint-connected-system.html All the methods I can use and its all working fine but I have a requirement that I must be able to move a document from one folder to another or delete a specific document from one folder.  I got one method to use Execute Write Request but can someone help in what data we need to pass in that to fulfil the requirement? I am trying to call an integration that needs to pass a file from appian through its body.  However, it's not being acceptable, cause As you can see, the connection endpoint is expecting the file parameter to be of type File.  An information: with the url that I am retrieving in appian, I am being able to download the file just by clicking on the link. However apparently the File type on this connection expects another type of string: MultipartFile, Is it by any chance possible that conversion? Thanks

I have an integration which returns the document in binary format and I can convert that to Appian document using the option to Convert Binary response to Appian document. But this API returns JSON body as below while returning error. I want to extract this error details and present it to the users but the integration object is returning null response body when I select the option "Convert Binary response to Appian document" even though API is returning below body. Is there any way to extract this body when API returns error and convert the binary to Appian document in case of successful response ? Hi All, I have a file uploaded to sharepoint with encrypted file name ex: 1234.pdf . I have the original name of the file stored in table and while providing a safelink for download , I need to replace 1234.pdf with original name from table.  Currently safelink downloads the file with default/encrypted name of 1234.pdf . What approach can be taken to have the file downloaded in original name. Please suggest. Appreciate the help . Note: if we download to Appian KC temporary and then rename the file, it will become a 2 step process. I would like to avoid that. Thanks Raj

Hi Everyone, We have a requirement where we use OAUTH2.0: Authorization code grant and once we click on Authorize, A new browser tab opens and an after logging into the external system, an URL comes in the search bar of the newly opened browser tab. Hi All, we are currently working on the integration where we are sending a document and payload using multi-part form data to another system and we are retrieving the document back on request basis into Appian via Integration object using REST API Calls as we cannot keep the documents in APPIAN.  Document can be any MIME-Type, In this case, we are taking example of .msg file format. when we retrieve the document back from other system, they are attaching boundary data & MIME Type details as shown in the below screenshot. Because of this, .msg file is unable to open after we retrieve the document into Appian and downloaded. Only way is to remove those line items from the document as marked and resaved it. can someone suggest here anyway to ignore the line items in the response and able to open the file. We have a requirement to call web API which uses Bearer Token authentication type and it requires client id and secret in the Header. Before calling this API we need to get the access token using oAuth endpoint, this endpoint has authentication type as Basic Auth and it requires same client id and secret in the Header. 1.
