Testing AWS S3 Third Party Credentials

I am trying to set up an AWS S3 integration using the Amazon S3 Utils plug-in. I have everything working except I need to give the plug-in the necessary credentials through the Third Party Credentials section of the Admin Console. Could someone let me know what should be in the "Test Connection" expression or how to go about testing that connection?
