Internationalization - Creating an aplication with some languages

Hi, i want to know if i build an aplication in English for exemple and i want the same application in another language, but i dont know how t write in that language.

Should i create a duplicate of the aplication an try to use some translator tool like google translate for every text?

Or there is some tool that allows me to incorporate in the same app diferente languages?

(note: i dont want to translate for developers, i need to translate for users of the application)

This has come up in past discussions. The usual way is to use the Load Resource Bundle plugin, "Store your key=value pairs in a properties file as an Appian document for each supported language"

i am not understanding so to have my aplication in another lenguage, i have to instal that plugin, create a bundle key value in a language that i dont know how to write, to have the text that prenset to user translated? Are there more concrete exemples like step by step that i can follow.
