Problem Certified Associate developer

Hi all,

I recently passed the certificate (Certified  Associate developer), but i received this email, can you tell me the reason for this message ?

This is the mail : "

Congratulations on passing your most recent Appian Certified Developer Exam! However, we cannot grant you the certification because you have not met all of the requirements. To ensure you receive the certification associated with each

 exam, you must satisfy the following:

For Appian Certified Associate Developer

  • Pass the Appian Certified Associate Developer Exam"

    Hello, Alessandro. If you don't see the answer to your question in our exam FAQ, can you please email your question to certifications@appian.com? They should be able to assist you!

      Thank you, i solved it by writing to certifications@appian.com and it's a system error.

      Hi Alessandro, it seems that the email it's an error, as your certification is in your Community Profile.

      I would double check asking certifications@appian.com, but i wouldn't worry
