Quarterly release training?

Hello Appian,

From the appian cerification FAQ link,

It says that "To maintain your certification, we require that you consume the quarterly release training and complete a short assessment."

Where can I find the Quarterly release training? Is the "Release Showcase training" the right one?

Also, do I get a message or alert before my certification gets expired?
