What happens if I don't pass the exam?

We understand sometimes another attempt or more is needed. Our retake policy allows:

• Immediate exam take if you do not pass the first attempt
  
• After the second attempt, the practitioner must wait two weeks
  
• After a fourth attempt our vendor will connect us with you to assist for future retakes
