Advanced Rich Text Editor Plug-in Not Loading in Browser

I am raising an issue with the Plug-in called Advanced Rich Text Editor (component: richTextEditorField) which is not loading or displaying to some users in some browsers from last few days, I am using it from last few months, but this issue is occurring from last few days!

In appian environment the plug-in version is 1.7.3

This sounds like something I've encountered before with the plugin - check out this success page. If those troubleshooting steps seem to apply, then it is best to raise a support case from your MyAppian portal and coordinate with your IT team to get this resolved.

Is your project / application able to switch to using the internal (non-plugin) component instead?

Clear browser cache and cookies -> This is the most common fix for plugins.
Or
Test in incognito/private mode to rule out browser extensions.

Any reason to not use the built in styled text field?
