Issue with plugin Create and Read Email Files Utilities

Hi

I am currently working on version 24.3. I am working on Email classification AI for which the prerequisite is the emails should be in .eml format. The sample mails that i have are in .msg format so for converting them I am trying to download the plugin "Create & Read Email Files Utilities". The environment gives me the message "Successfully deployed plugin" but I don't see the plugin added in the environment. Can any one please suggest why this is happening.

Any other suggestions of how to convert .msg to .eml are also highly appreciated.

    Try using MS Graph Email Poller, it can convert the email to an EML file stored as an Appian document.

    Thanks for replying!! As mentioned I am working on Email classification with AI. Currently I am training my model so using sample emails for the same. What I understand the plugin that you have suggested will poll a mailbox and then do the conversion. Can you please suggest something else so that I can convert my sample training emails into .eml since the plugin "Create & Read Email Files Utilities" is not visible to me in the Appian environment even after multiple deployments.

    It is deployed in the name "Eml Utility"
