Mass Delete Rule/Process Model Versions

Hi,

Is there any smart service or plugin that can mass delete first X rule/process model versions.

    Can you explain why you want to delete old versions? In general the version don't take up much space so there aren't a ton of reasons to need to clear out the old versions.

    Peter, on older systems with a lot of federated dev, we get asked by support to delete older versions of rules/constants and PMs as a way to reclaim some valuable system resources. For PMs, we use the Appian "app" to get the report of ones that have more than say 50. For PMs, it is harder, cause you can add the version to a process instance report. For any in memory instances, it will tell you the version it is running and if high, you might go look at that model to see of the previous <say 500> versions are there and start deleting.

    Hi Sai,

    You can try process model utilities plugin to delete process model versions. This plugin is not updated since long time verify with plugin owner before installing.
