Rich Text Plug-in Error

I am running into this error on interfaces with the rich text plug-in. Has anyone seen this before? Could it be related to popup blockers?

"Failed to load plugin: code from url...."

This only happens sometimes when running on google chrome (Appian version 21.4)

Then what kind of plugin do you use? It seems your are in 21.4. - appiancloud, right?

Rich Text Editor Plugin: Appian Community, that is correct 21.4 appiancloud

I didn't work with this one yet.
are you using version 1.7.0 of this plugin?
