What are acceptation rules for plugin to be accepted in AppMarket ?

Hi,

I've had to reply to a question about plugins fews weeks ago, but, never could find the correct ones for sure, reading over the Appian documentation :

What are the 3 points to verify/valid before to be able to add a plugin in the App Market :  (sorry if the question is approximate)

• Compatibility with the target Appian versions 
• Its limits
• Who is the author
• Its size 
• Appian-Cloud-Approved

I would have check 1-2-5.
