Zip Extractor Plug-in not found in App market.

Hi Team , 

We trying to migrate few application from cloud to On-premise . While deployment , we found "Zip Extractor" has dependency.

We couldn't able to find it in the APP market .

The plug-in has the smart service - Extract the ZIP file.

Need guidance on how to proceed on this ?
