I want to set up a simple process in Appian Community, which starts when an email inbox receives an email, and from that email, a form is generated. Is it possible to do this in Appian Designer, or do I need a license?

Hi [mention:a11f77a729fb4db2af76b09948583328:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05] do you happen to know if appian env is down due to any technical issue and when the env is down if someone sends an email to start a process would that process start after env is back up or will the email go into black hole that can never be accessed agian.

As far as I know, the email would be lost in such a case. But this also depends on the specific setup of how you set up the environment around Appian.
