Storing Whole Email as document in Appian

Hi All,

We have a process in our environment which gets triggered whenever it receives an email. We have a requirement from business where they want the whole outlook email or any email sent by them to Appian which triggers the process to be stored as some document inside appian. Is there any way to achieve this?

Per my understanding the email would have to be an attachment to another email, to be able to directly store it as a document object within Appian.  However, you can store just about anything else from the email you would like (Message Properties).

If you have M365, this plugin can be your answer. It polls your mail account and can trigger a process based on the emails it retrieves. It stores the contents of the email in a table.
