Upload a csv/excel and save to entity store

I am new to Appian and I am evaluating the Appian.

I want such function depicted in the subject. 

I searched in the "Discuss" and some threads said that I can use "Parse Excel to CDT". But I can't find such function in the community version.

There are also some threads saying that some plugins can support such feature. But I can't find any plugins in the community version.

Please anyone can confirm such functions are available in commercial version?

Or any other alternate way to fulfill such function in community version?

    This plug-in will be useful to import data- https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/excel-tools

    You can import this plugin into your environment via the admin console to make use of them.
