Hi All,

      As the OOB News Functionality in Appian (Feeds), 

    can we have the same functionality like news inside an Interface(Site Specific)

    Not OOTB. You will need to create that yourself. BTW, from my experience it is better to go your own way as you can tailor it to your needs. The built in feed is not customizable or accessible at all.
