Populate a form

So I have a question if something is possible.

In this application we are going to be developing there are two ways to submit a form. (and when I say form, I mean a paper form, not the formLayout component in Appian. You can fill it out and mail it in, or you can fill out the information online (We are revamping an old legacy system with Appian). But what the client wants to know if it's possible is after you fill out the information on the appian application, on the "Review" part of the process where you review all the information you just entered, is if they can "view" it in the form. So instead of just using Appian read-only fields which is what I've done on other applications during similar Review steps, an image of the paper form is displayed on the interface and the information is imputted into its proper place on this form.

Does this make any sense? Hahah. I just need to let the client know if this is possible or not. Thanks!

Multiple options but if you already have a fillable PDF to work with - take a look at the PDF Tools plugin: https://community.appian.com/b/appmarket/posts/pdf-tools

To be honest, this is this type of "requirements" I just do not accept.

But to answer your question, Appian can populate a PDF form, so, yes you can.
