Hi Experts, I have created a WEB API in which i am validating IP Address and email. Based on that I have created Integration which called that WEB API . Then In integration if I pass IP parameter null and only email is passes than it gave an error.  Please help me how can handle it . Hi Team, I have a requirement , where I need to find the time difference between two date times. I am facing one issue, I have to find the difference in EST timing, day start should be at 8 am and day ending will be on 8pm. when I am using callworkminutesplugin() function, it is not giving proper result as when it was converting time to EST it is giving diffirennt result in expression. Hello All, I am currently working through the developer training for Appian and am experiencing an issue trying to add record events to a record type. It worked fine last week for the Vehicle record type, however when I logged back in this week to continue my training, i'm receiving the below error: I felt like that was odd, so I checked security on the application and I'm in as an admin, so the error isn't making sense to me: I had added record events to the vehicle record type last week, and it had worked fine. I just went back to check and it is now showing the same error as well: Finally, checked to see if somehow there were missing precedents and nothing shows: Is there anywhere else I should be looking to resolve this issue, or did something change with the data source over the weekend? I'd like to move on with the training, but need to complete the exercise first!

I have three tables, SpeakerEvent, ParishEvent and a junction table that joins SpeakerEvent to ParishEvent, JNC_Speaker_Event_Parish_Event I need an Appian query that can tell me which SpeakerEvents have not been assigned to a Parish as well as another query that will tell me a Parish has not be assigned to a SpeakerEvent. If I were creating a view in SQL, this would be done easily with a left join and checking to see if the ParishEventId is null. I’m a bit confused about the concept of Input-Only Users in Appian. Are they users who do not have an account in the Appian application, or am I misunderstanding the term? Specifically, if a user submits information through an Appian application portal without having a user account, would they be considered an Input-Only User? Can someone clarify this for me?

I have a Parent Summary interface that I want to add a record action button to that creates an entry in a child table. Adding the button is easy enough, however adding that button alone doesn't connect the Parent to the child when using the button. So what steps am I missing to make that connection?

Hi all, I am a new to Appian, and I am required to create a workflow in Appian. According to an article, I need to install case management studio to make it easily. My understanding is correct? Without case management studio, I guess it takes a long time to create workflow... I am trying to install a sql file..., but errors occur at step3.
