Good afternoon everyone, As a Microsoft Power Platform Low-Code developer, I don't have any experience with creating Appian applications. Is it possible to create an Appian application on top of data that's stored in Dataverse? Or would it be more advantageous to migrate our data from Dataverse to, for instance, SQL? Hi,  we have a problem connecting from Appian to an external URL (for es: https://ourserver.spid.local/service). Initially there was a problem of conflict between the URL's IP and some internal appian IP.   The connection from appian to the url is through a static VPN and  I have correctly  trusted the domain spid.local and the IP of the server in the VPN configuration details. The internal CA which signed the url's certificate is trusted in appian. When we Try to connect to the URL we  receive the error: "Certificate for <esternal URL> doesn't match any of the subject alternative names: [*.appiancloud.com, appiancloud.com]" How can we fix it? HiWe have a process model having a user input task having a pv of record type variable. Now when we give that process model in a process report and try to map the pv values inside the report, the record type fields are not getting displayed. But another pv of integer type is giving value inside the report. Both the integer value and record type value are present in the pv level. Please let me know if there is anything I am missing.TIA

Hi, I have a paragraph field in my interface, I am sending the user comments from this field into email. The line breaks are not retained and all the text is displayed in a single line. So I have figured out that, if I can store the expression type of the data into local variable, I can replace the char(10) with </br> while passing into email.  I need help in storing the expression format of the value. How can I do that?

Hi Team, I need contained both records data into single record and display to the read-only grid in Interface  

Is there a way in a process model to add a node with an informative screen, that does NOT require any user input, and the process continues running immediately after displaying the screen to the user? For now i see two aproaches, but none of them are what I'm looking for The first one: A User Input Task with a form, and a timer, that makes the process continue after a specified amount of time. But that makes the process wait when there's no need to. Also after the timer runs out and the user clicks a button on the screen, an error appears, saying that the task no longer exists. Second one: Make the form return something when clicking a button, and continue after the output. The problem is that I want the process to run even when the user navigates away from the screen, or closes the tab, as to account for the user not clicking the button.The two approaches can be used simultaneously, but still I would rather not wait for neither user, nor the timer. Hi All,    I'm using a http connected system with OAuth Client credentials type authorization. When I Authorize from connected system, It is authorizing successfully. But when I tested the Integration using this connected system, It is throwing an error as this Invalid credentials error-result-guidance Appian was not able to authenticate with the access token you provided. This request requires Bearer authentication. HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized Next Steps This integration is using a connected system with OAuth 2.0 Client Credential authentication configured. You may need to authorize access to the external system and retry the request. Make sure that you are using the correct OAuth 2.0 configuration for this external system Make sure that the OAuth 2.0 configuration provides the required scope to make this request Check the request and response for more details Review the external systems documentation for information on what may have caused the problem.

Hi Team, When I make API call from Appian, I am only getting iSession id in Cookie in Header whereas in Post man I am able to get both iSession id and JSESSION ID.  Can you please help me to get JSESSION ID while calling an API from Appian? Thank you in advance

I have two tables with n number of columns out of which mobile number, plan, and amount are common in both tables, we are getting data into tables from two different locations, now i would like to show plan and amount from two tables for which mobile number is same and to be shown in same grid, Can we do this simply without using complex logics and local variables

Earlier I remember using records updated in Output of Data in Write to Records after write it will append the ID to the same record data given as input. Not sure whats wrong now its only returning id and i dont have the data in it. its overwritten with only ID after write. So i cant have entire field data to continue for other tasks following it. Am I missing something or is it how it should behave in recent updates? I am using process start form and not user input task to map the details for inputs from forms to pv. 

I am using file utilities plugin (Move To System Files) to move the files to the NAS drives mounted on Appian server. But the folder is set with 775 permissions and I am getting error as java.io.FileNotFoundException: Permission denied) when moving the file to that nas drive. I am able to move to the sample folder which was set with 777 permission with out any issues. so no issues with NAs mounting. I want to upload/ move  the file now to that 775 folder now.  we achieved this using SFTP  with FID set in Third party credential and able to achieve. I am looking for the same way to run with that FID using new way (File system plugins) , please suggest.

Hi All, I am having a weird issue in executing the query entity. I have a query entity rule which returns the totalcount based on the date range(which is ideally current date/day). It is throwing error in some scenarios and testing this rule certain time, we can see the data is being populated. Any help would be highly appreciated.

I want to duplicate my application in the same environment and use one Application A for development and give other Application B for testing so that my testers don't get disturbed when I make changes to application. How can I achieve this without having any conflicts between the 2 applications?

can we have dynamic label for columns in appian record type. For Ex. For current year, it should display 2023, for next year it should display 2024 and so on. Is it possible to have this implementation done?

Hi, I would like the button to be active by default if no date is selected or if a date equal to or after today is selected. And at the same time, the button is disabled if an invalid date or date older than today is entered. Hi, I&#39;m new to appian, and most probably this is a obvious one, well im strugulling. So I have a form, where I want to upload 3 different documents, therfore all of them are saved into document_cdt using the same id. On the interface all looks fine, looks like its saving: Therefore, when a really try to test its not saving the data into document_cdt: Is it because I have something worng here: should I add the documentationAppianID ?

I have a readonly grid backended with recordtype with 3 user filters, Initially all the data is showing and filters are applying when we select user filters, that is fine but my requirment is no data should be shjown in the grid untill we select atleast one user filter,&nbsp; Can we achieve this? If yes how can we do that
