Hi, I have a question regarding exporting users of one project to another. We have one project in one of the environments and the other two in different environments. I want to bring all the two in the same environment, I can export the other two projects but how to export the users of those projects with specified groups they were in one go?

I am using write to record smart service in my process which is breaking when I start this process with a basic user who has a viewer permission on record (and that user can successfully view record details on screen). I am writing into SCC Case record without any events. Also, when I change the assignment of the node to whoever designed the process, then the process works as expected. Can you please help me with this issue ? Error The input "Records" refers to an invalid record type. I am trying to move a application from Dev to UAT. When I do inception, I am getting below message No missing precedents or warnings detected null of item(s) will be created/updated. null of item(s) will be skipped because no changes were detected. Skipped objects may have identical definitions but different version histories. All version histories will be synchronized on import. Any help is much appreciated... Packagae size is 2 MB

I am having date and time of submitted form in Date time format.I want to compare the date and time if it exceeds 1 hr from submission I want to show a proceed button. How I can give a condition where it is comparing submitted form have completed 1hr 

Hello all,We have a requirement to extract the data from the Driving License & Passport images. The catch here is that the user might have clicked it from his phone and sent it to us so We are converting them into PDF but we are not able to extract data from it as it is a semi or unstructured document. Please help if any kind of extraction is possible in such documents.Thanks in advance.

I am completing the exercises in the PDF part 9 of the Acme Auto application, and the relationship between AX Vehicles and AA Vehicle Category is set up correctly. There is relationship set up of many AA Vehicle Category to one AX Vehicles. I am able to write a query expression that fetches the records from AX Vehicles, and when I test it, I correctly get the record referenced from toCategoryRecord. I can see the category name in the results. The AX Vehicles record has a category ID of 5, which exists in the AA Vehicle Category records (Convertible). And exactly as the PDF says, for the "Category" field of the interface, in "Display Value", I am entering exactly what the PDF says to put: a!defaultValue( ri!vehicle[recordType!AX Vehicle.relationships.toCategoryRecord.fields.value], "–") But this relationship from an expression always returns null instead of "Convertible" as doing a query with the relationship does. I am looking for a way to convert Base 64 format string to document in Appian.  Note: The base 64 format string is coming as a JSON input request string when external system hits Appian web API. So, I don't have any integration object here to auto-convert the same to document using default Appian functionality in integration object. I need to receive this format, convert into document, store in Appian document folder and show the same in UI (without using integration).

Hi Experts  I need to migrate data from On premise environment to Cloud environment. For every record there is a folder creation whose id is stored in DB table , Also these folder , later, filled with documents that uploaded by end users. 1) Is there a way that I can migrate the same folders with same IDs in DB, If not then what is the best way to do so? 2) Is there a way that I can migrate the same documents with same IDs in DB , If not then what is the best way to do so ? I'm new to appian , so please provide a step by step solution in easy language. Thank you in advance

HI Team, i  have active tasks which i am showing in task grid with query process analytics, My client have requirement like Once one task is submitted  the user need to automatically redirect to another task, Any suggestions on how can i do this, How i can handle the completed instance  task to move further and also user need to redirect to another task and also client is not looking out any activity chaining  interface which we have safelink  and use taskurl  Thanks, Udayasai

Hello, We've successfully implemented the web API document upload template in Appian, fetching documents and metadata from an external system. However, we've encountered an issue where the file name is consistently labeled as "Untitled Document" in the process. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, while accessing Appian Developer Learning Path (Associate Developer) in Appian Community ,post the new curriculum update in November am not able to access one of the lessons "Query Your Data" and also I had taken the mock test before November , currently the  same set of questions are available , its not updated as per the new blueprint.
