Hi all, I am trying to solve the problem  that HTML to PDF (Page Number and Custom Fonts) Smart service Doesn't  Support Arabic language when  pdf document is generated. will this issue be solved by changing the Font document? or it's a plugin issue?

Hello, Is there a way to check case sensitivity on the value I pass in? Also, is there any other way to check the data type of the value?For example,  1) Want to check if the value corresponding to the date type is actually using the date type correctly? 2) Want to check whether the value corresponding to the string type uses only uppercase letters, only lowercase letters, and whether special symbols are combined. Here is my scenario, While data is retrieved successfully from a view(SQL Server) and displayed on the interface for some users, but for few users same data is not retrieved and shown on UI. It's simple queryentity rule where we pass Input for the data to be retrieved  with rows having same input field.

Hi all i have a requirement that user entered date time field to json format  "2022-08-15 00:00:00.0" how to convert it , from appian end, i tried text function - text(now(),"yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM:SS")  but it returns current date time it should be user entered. Thanks In Advance

Hi, I have a grid in an interface (a list of records from a RecordType), and each row linked to a "Modify" related action. When I click on "modify", a process is launched, and a start form is displayed, then the user can update a field value and submit the form. When the process ends, the list of records appears back, but the old value is still displayed in the grid. How would you do to update this grid ? - I've set the [refreshAfter: "RECORD_ACTION"] attribute, but the grid is not updated. - We do not use a RecordSync, so we can not use the new Smart Service "Sync Records". - When I refresh manually the grid, the data are ok.

Hello, I am learning query entities and I am getting the warning message (missing domain prefix).  cons!UA_DSE_STUDENTSINFO is mapped to UA_Students DB. I believe it is configured properly because I use the same constant to write values to DB. I am getting the same warning message when I try to use sorting.

Do I need to use any specific object to read these properties and form a connection string or do I need to follow any other process. Can someone advise. Thanks.
