Hi, I saw that it is not possible to encrypt an email through the appian smart email service. Although I believe I know the answer to the next question, I would like to ask. is it possible for appian to encrypt an attachment in a zip file and then send it? can it send attachments?  or I need to encrypt the file on my own and then attach it to the email and send it? thanks

Hi All, While doing upload of file with filename which contains ; or '     the characters ; and ' are replaced with _ automatically . Other windows allowed characters for file name works fine. Could you please suggest what can be issue or is it a limitation on Appian side or is it a configuration issue or is there a work around to keep the original name Thanks in advance Raj

I have a requirement, which is to query data within two working days. I use process calendar and a!subtractDateTime() to achieve this functionality. I first defined the holiday in the process calendar, and used a!subtractDateTime() to calculate the start time of the query. It's just a question out of curiosity. Does Appian provide a way that any solution created in Appian by any partner or organisation can be installed on client's server but still be managed and hosted by solution provider. I mean in terms of exposing the solution's code and architecture, if I don't want to expose my application code, implementation and objects to client but still want to install in their environment?

In database view has been created by combining many tables and it shows the results properly. When we use a!exportDataStoreEntityToExcel function to extract the content it fetches only 22k instead of 24k which is shown in view results. Is there any limitations on the extracting content except the column count 50 (ours only 25 columns)?

Hi All, I got one change request, to show the date in "MMM-DD" format for the current calendar year, I think this can be achieved by concatenating two dropdowns (when user selects month in the first dropdown and  second drop down should show days in the months) and  I need to write some code to do that.
