Hello, I have a multiple dropdown where sometimes so many values are selected that it is hard to find them in the list. Is it possible to have a multiple dropdown sort by the values that are selected? For example, in the below screen shot you can see all of the selected values highlighted in blue. Is it possible to have the dropdown sort by showing the highlighted/selected values at the top of the dropdown list? This would make it easier to remove values that we need to when editing/updating. Hi All, Currently we are able to configure custom DL email ID (eg: testmail.com) in tomcat server for Appian process alerts (Appian process alerts which we will receive when process got failed or error).But how to configure Subject (eg: PROD) in tomcat server, so that if any Appian process fails or error we will receive process alert with Subject displaying PROD. I have an interface created, It is an employee onboarding form, it is there on the website , so once an employee fills the form, the details gets stored to database table, now my database table is populated with the new employee detail. I have another tab, Update information if an employee needs to update information , so when an employee clicks on Update information it should automatically fetch my older details but is now, how can I make it hapen?

Good day everyone,  I am new to Appian and working on a project. I have a database with the following tables: Employees (1:M) Document Status (M:1) Training Document. I am trying to make a form that allows managers to assign each employee to multiple training documents at the same time. So, I have a form like below with a checklist of all training documents (fetched through an expression rule)  When the form submits, I need the process model to write to the database multiple times to the document status CDT. For example, based on the picture above, there would need to be three entries to DB tracking status for each training document and employee. How should I set up the interface and/or process models. Hi everyone, We had a summarized task list ( SOURCE : View ) in a grid , where we have rows coming from so many record types. We had a recordlink present for every id, once clicked it have to redirect it's concerned record type dynamically. So could you please help me retrieve the object type using its UUID.- Once provided it had to retrieve the recordtype, which i will pass dynamically to the recordtype input in a!recordlink(). Hi Team,I have a CDT named PSC test which contains a  nested CDT called PSC test1(nested cdt column name :idf). In a process model script task I'm trying to make the PSC test1 as null and write into DSE. In a script task I'm mapping NULL to it, but while writing it getting error. I tried using cast(cdttype,null), null, emptycdttype. But no  improvement. Hi All, I am using Appian 23.2 version, using text field to validate percentage value for a float/number data type column but Appian not throwing error when I entered text value, instead, Appian automatically removing text and only defaulting numeric value if any in the entered text. Few scenarios: a1.25 - Should error message 10.s2 - Should error message  10 - Should allow to proceed 10.25 -  Should allow to proceed. I have tried with integer field also but no luck, seems I am missing something. Please help me on this validation. While I understand that, by default, matching primary keys result in the overwriting of existing records, my specific objective is to partially overwrite data in the existing record and simultaneously create a new record with a different historical record type. I am having a problem navigating back to the home screen when clicking on a site tab that is supposed to redirect to the main Interface. The tab click is perfectly reloading the interface in the desktop view but it is not working in the mobile view. Does anyone have any idea how can this work in mobile view too?

Hello everyone, I'm currently working on an interface in Appian, and I'm looking to implement a record action that allows users to customize the displayed columns in a grid. Ideally, the user would be presented with a checklist containing the column field names, enabling them to select the specific columns they want to see.
