How can I initiate the SFTP in Appian Designer?

Are there any built-in Plugins available like HTTP or Appian RPA to initiate the SFTP?

How can I connect AWS with the Process Model in Appian and make the data interactive between them?

    You will need to configure a connected system to connect and integrations to send and receive data between AWS and Appian. 
    For SFTP, there is a dedicated smart service - community.appian.com/.../sftp-smart-services

    I'm currently successfully using the sFTP plug-in.  I'm not sure what you mean by "initiate the SFTP" - connections are one-off (receive directory contents, send file, etc), and most of them have different node versions to either use the Credential Store or use direct authentication (i wasn't sure at first, but once I figured out the Credential Store setup, I found it much easier).
