Hi, We have a LDAP and AD Group process to sync AD group and its users into Appian. If a new user being added to the AD group, then same user is appearing under respective group of Appian using LDAP Sync. When the users have been removed from AD Group, after sync ran, user is also getting removed from Appian. If we remove the user in AD Group, I would like to understand if there is way to keep the user in Appian with "Inactive" status instead of deleting. Thanks in advance.

I have a primary data source schema, mapped to a Linux dev(ex: dev01) environment. From another Linux server(ex: dev02). I installed new Appian and provided same primary & secondary data source in tomcatResources.xml and custom.properties. dev02 works fine when started.  This seems to be multi-gateway installation but we are not trying to setup distributed environment. The purpose to do this is to have a separate Appian installation instance where we can do some POCs for upgrade. Q1. How Appian differentiates same primary data source for these two servers?   Q2. Will there be any impact on dev01 if we shutdown dev02 and don't use it anymore? Thanks in advance.

Hello, While attempting to access the site in the browser it continuously spin. Even tried rebooting server and restarting service even though APPIAN was down. Hi, Is there any way we could track developer activity  in appian, I know , we can manually check each objects versions for the changes made, but was wondering if there is consolidated a report at a user (developer) level,to see what all objects they modified and what was modified. Note : we have an on premise installation, so any report that can be created out of metadata, we are open to that as well. Thanks

Hi On my process modeller, whenever I debug the process model, the Process Start Form does not display, the process continues to the next steps without the option to populate the form. Is there a setting for enabling and disabling the Process start form or is this just in my environment? Thanks in advance

Hi, I am currently using Appian 22.1.875 on Linux servers. Presently, my applications are using Oracle12, but now my DBA team is planning to migrate to 19c. Will there be any issues after the upgradation of DB to 19c? Has anyone tried this? Was there any impact on the existing applications in Production environment because of this migration? Please help. Can Appian receive an email and create an action based upon that email?

Is it a bug or is there some other reason why my users cannot see records in Tempo or other places when I explicitly gave them permissions in the security configurations? Is anyone else having this problem.  I don't want to run around with expressions if the option exist to give them at least viewer permission in the security configuration.  I have given permission on the record type, data store, site, interface ... They still cannot view the record type, even though the tab is visible in Tempo
