Hi Guys, I am new to Appian and doing practices but while creating data type, I am getting error "error code 500" and unable to set fields for created data type. I would appreciate any help on this.

The first exercise in the Appian Developer course requires us to create new users. But as Admin Console rights are not available under the trial version how do I go about adding new users?

Hi, I am trying to convert GMT time to any specific timezone like PST / EST / MST. I have already tried gmt(now(),"PST") result is not correct.

Hello, is there any character limit for generating the outlook email body structure? I have created a rule to generate the email body content, but it doesn't pop up the outlook email message after a certain limit of characters. If there is a limit, can we increase it or any other workaround? Thank you. 

Hi, I have a DateTime picker component in my interface, when I am selecting some DateTime it gets selected in EST timezone. Hi, I have an editable grid where I have some columns with headers (i.e a!gridLayoutHeaderCell(label: "HEADER",align: "CENTER")). I am trying to mark header label in BOLD (i.e HEADER). I have already tried richtext, no luck. Please help me with it. Thanks Shamim Ahmad

Hi, I am implementing query database smart service and trying to connect to posgres sql, i am getting following error, for implementing some functionality i am using trial version. can u please tell me what this error for.

I want to update DB using the interface. I have created an interface and expression rule, expression rule is working fine when I pass user id it will show details.   When I am using the expression rule in the interface facing the issue, when I give any user-id by default it will take 1 as user id and show the details.

Hi, I am stuck on the Tutorial in the Appian Developer Course - Tutorial - Building a Process Model.  Basically, Start Form will not invoke on the HR Application, Tried vehicel Management Tutorial and same issue, Process Model runs, no errors but start form won't open and accept data to store. All expressions/parameters/DB's etc triple checked and accurate but can't for the life of me get the start form to open.... Any ideas? Thanks Mark
