Hi team, A user able to download the request form in pdf format which user submitted , when downloading the pdf containing korean words(which converted from document to pdf in process model) name was coming in ## format. Initially we faced this issue in chinese and japanese also, we tried with different font styles and it was working fine. Now we are facing the issue with Koreans language, May I know the universal font style which work for all the international languages. thanks

Hi, communities Please tell me about the connection status between "Appian RPA (Cloud)" and the Host Machine with "Appian RPA Agent" are installed.When Appian Cloud instructs "RPA" processing from "Process", I think it's the flow of below,    Cloud -----> Host Machine(Agent)but how is this connection started in the first place? ---------------------------------------------A) Just issue an order from the Cloud to the Host Machine1. About using Appian Cloud. I understand that adding plug-ins can be done from Admin Console → Plugins. Regarding deletion of the plug-in, will it be completely deleted by pressing the delete button in the same place?

Hi All, I have to provide document size validation in file upload field like if uploaded document is more than 10 MB,I will display the validation error. I have two buttons Submit and Cancel ,and for each the submit parameter is set as true() . For submit button the validate parameter is true() and for cancel button the validate parameter is false(). So ,when the user uploads more than 10MB,they not able to submit until they reduce the doc size and for Cancel we are not saving the document into Database. But here I am facing the below issue, When the user clicks on Cancel ,it not writes in Database as expected ,but it saves in the Appian folder, since it goes out of the node. So please help me if there is any way to avoid saving this file in Appian folder if document size is more than 10MB. Thanks in Advance!

Hi Team, I have few files which get downloaded in my Appian server. I have a requirement where I need to pull these files from server and make these files available to the user. Can someone suggest how to achieve this? Also if I want to send these files from server as an attachment in my 'Send Email' smart service, will I be able to do that? If yes, please tell me the process. Any suggestion would help. Thank you

Hi All, , I am using the export dse to excel smart service. One column in db having decimal values but when exported to template it Removes the decimal part. Although I have formatted the column to number decimal in the template but it is not working. Can anyone please suggest some solution. Many Thanks!
