Hi All - Anyone have any way to handle the validation message "The value provided is not an integer." in the Integer field?I would like to have the custom message for users when they are entering some Alphabets in the integer field. Instead of the above message.  Note: I don't wanted to use the text field with the regex validation rule to check if any alphabets were entered

Hi! I created an interface with an editable grid so that the user can add invoice line information and new rows. When clicking the button of confirmation, the rows must be saved into a record ([]). Hi everyone, I ran into the following problem: I have a job model that downloads files from an S3 bucket and stores the downloaded documents on a constant in document format. I would like to know if by clicking on the image given by the a!documentimage function from an interface, it is possible to start the process that downloads the file to me and then actually see the download of the file. What I do now is use 2 buttons, one to start the process model to store the document in the constant and another one to download the file from the updated constant into the a!documentimage, but I would like to combine the two and use just one click. Hi All, We have a requirement of uploading 500 rows at a time. Out of 500 instances i see few instances are failing with the below error. a!queryRecordType [line 2]: APNX-3-4300-001: Connection pool drained - too many concurrent requests: org.apache.http.conn.ConnectionPoolTimeoutException: Timeout waiting for connection from pool) (Data Outputs). What could be the reason of failure though the data is being fetched from the cached data of a record type? Thanks in Advance !!

Hi, I'm trying to save an array value to a local variable, it looks like getting saved, but when I check for the length of the local variable, I'm getting as 0. Where as when I save the same array during declaration of the local variable, I'm getting the length as expected.  What I'm missing here ? what is the proper way of saving into local variables after declaring them. HI All, I am trying to schedule the start node of the process model using Timer in Appian. PFB the configuration: I am trying to schedule it at an interval of some hour. I want this hours to be configurable so used constant rather than hardcoding it. Now the problem I am facing is whenever I change the value it only picks the old value. Let say the current value is 15 and if I change it to 20, it will still run after interval of 15 hour. and later if I change it to 22, it will run after 20 hours. So I am not sure why this weird behaviour.  anyone have notices this and anyone knows the solution to this ? Is there a way to refresh the values before using it . or something like that ? Thanks

I have a use case for AI Skills but it seems whenever i pass any document this happens. For this example im passing a PDF file exported from a word file uploaded to appian, and it is being called by the process model below as a constant. Using the Extract From Document Smart Service doesnt give me an output, when I check the reconciliation all characters are being outputed as boxes, as shown in the screenshot.Checking with the actual document before and after goes through the smart service ( document passed through different variables for before and after ) and it is shown normally. Would want to understand why this is happening and what steps i need to take to rectify this issue.

Hi Everyone,  We have a requirement where  Application is writing 500 rows parallely via startprocess smart service(Loop).   Now for every Write opertion sync will run that means sync will run 500 times in backend. It seems to be creating connection pool issue  though connection pool is 200.   can some one suggest the best soultion in this case? Thanks in Advance!!

Hi ! I am facing a pagination issue with Grid Field.  I need to fetch data from a csv using previewcsvimport  and display it in a grid, batch size 10, but an error pops up when I try to move directly to the last page , only for the files which have (10n +1) number of rows.

I have registered a CDT with @version columns available. When updating this CDT with OptimisticLockException using the Write To Data Store Entity Smart Service, the status of the Smart Service becomes "not attended" and the process stops.  Are you aware of a technique for handling an exclusive lock as an error when it is detected by Smart Service?
