in dropdown i have to show default values then it has only single value if dropdown has multiple choices i can show then value will be null ex: here detail has many values this i have to show as it is no change in this  this dropdown has single option so need to show that by default

Hi Team, I have a requirement , where I need to find the time difference between two date times. I am facing one issue, I have to find the difference in EST timing, day start should be at 8 am and day ending will be on 8pm. when I am using callworkminutesplugin() function, it is not giving proper result as when it was converting time to EST it is giving diffirennt result in expression. Please help in getting the minutes difference in 2 date times.the above time is returning fn!datetime(2025, 1, 7, 10, 21, 35, 230) in expression. Hi All, I have a paragraph field (* Required field) in an interface. When I input Enters or Spaces or Tabs only and no other characters it is consider as a value and not firing the validation error. For user it looks like empty values and validation didn't fired. Need a validation so that Enters or Spaces or Tabs only are not considered as va[lues. a!paragraphField( ..... validations: ??? ...... )

i have 2 drop down. 2nd drop down is dependent on 1st value  so i have to show default value in second one once the user select value in first dropdown when i has only one option in second dropdown   this value i have to default once the value is deleted in first dropdown

Hi , I have one scenario that where  if the value is not 0 and the values should not round off and it should accept up to 9 decimals like 3.612232423.   Minimum Rate: 3.5 Maximum Rate: 4   input value is of number(dec) format i mean CDT has this data type, how can we achieve this if user enters any values apart from the scenario mentioned above should not except.   Thanks in advance.

In 2nd Db, values are not getting updated ,it is throwing error as rank inputs . only values are getting updated in 1st DB , 2nd table has foreign key relation with 1st table

It doesn't appear the option from the menu

on page 1 on click of submit button am calling a Async service call which will return the data through calling Appian Web API and API is storing data to Maria DB. Meanwhile API is running user is forwarded to Page 2 on page 2 am dependent on the service call response which i called on page 1,as it was written to Maria DB how to get data from Maria DB to page 2 automatically without user action and can't use refreshVariable interval because not definite time on receiving response from service did any one implemented Async service calls in their work? if yes please let me know how you implemented the process of receiving response and reflecting the same on interface Thanks in advance

We’ve large csv files and we want them in Appian, how will you do it

Hi! How can i show an array of documents in my interface for users to download? This is my situation: I am building an interface in the interface designer, and i have a rule input with the array of documents, now i want to show those documents for users to download, so i used a Link field component that let me put some links and i used the a!documentDownloadLink( to do that), but i do not know how to do it for a dynamic array because i will do not know the values of the rule input array, it is not static, it comes from the database. So now i know how to access if it is static , and  that would be for instance  like: a!documentDownloadLink(document: ri!ACAA_CreditRequest.creditDocs[1]) and so on, but with a dynamic array i do not know how to do this.

We are running a HA env with 3 app servers behind the Apache. We are using mod_jk and JKWorkerProperty to set up the load balancing in httpd.conf as provided in the Appian documentation. Issue is, we notice that whenever one of the tomcat servers are down, requests are still routed to the instance. This doesn't happen when entire instance is down.  I assume Apache is doing a basic TCP to determine the health of the backend server. I want to know if I can configure a tomcat health check GET url in my Apache config to determine the health of the instance from apache?

Hi All, We are getting "this.folderid" is null exception on email poling process model and failed to create process instance. This issue is happening intermittently, on the same PM we have instances where process instances are successfully initiated. We haven't configured any folder on the start node, as there was no requirement for us to capture the email attachments. However at times we will receive attachments.
