when we will select the any one of available pets check boxes then after click the arrow symbol immediately the selected pets are visible on right side only. when we will select cancel symbol selected pets portion should be null i.e, like current interface. Anybody please help me out in this. thank you

Hi, I have the following use case: The client needs to approve or reject a batch of invoices, but that everything is done through email, and they are external users who will not have a user in appian, they do not want to enter the platform, but from the mail they have the option to approve or reject. What occurred to me was that from the mail call a webAPI and it executes the startprocess, according to the link (approve or reject) that the user selects. Is this possible? Can I run a POST type webAPI from an email link? If not possible, what other way could I implement in this use case? Thanks.

I have one rule which return date and time from now(). I have created PM and added one pv of date and time data type. In default value of pv, i am calling that rule. Now, if we not select parameter checkbox of PV. it is saving default value from rule but, if we select parameter check box then default value is blank. This is happing with only date and time data type. why, it is happing ?

Hello, I'm new to Appian and I'm facing an issue in Appian Step-by-Step #11 Exercise specifically in the Request maintenance process model,  it gives me this error below :  Unable to write to the source due to system error.Error Details: Column 'VehicleID' cannot be null Even though I have given the vehicle a default value in the Request Maintenance Interface and have assigned it in the store additional values node as an output. Please let me know if you got some ideas to fix it. Thanks in Advance!

Hello, I'm new to Appian and I'm facing an issue with Exercise 10, I have completed all the Add New Vehicle process model successfully, except for the cancel condition because as shown below, I couldn't assign a value to the rule input cancel .. even though I have assigned it successfully in the Add New Vehicle Interface. Hi, Is there any way I can get to know which objects are deleted from the application ?. I know that it is not possible to retrieve those objects back but is there any way to know the details like name of the deleted object and who deleted it etc. Thanks

Consider I have created a package and added 5 objects. Someone has removed some objects in the same package. And I didn't notice that and added some objects in the same package. Now the last modified was updated by me right. But I need to see who has removed the objects. Can anyone help me in find this?

Hi,  We have a requirement to create reports using BigQuery data. If we use API to access BigQuery the data is very huge and we are unable to process it or we need to call the integration multiple times to retrieve the data. Hi All, Recently got an inquiry for use case where users would like the ability to click a link provided in an email which will navigate them to either a Start Form or User Input so they can reach the necessary screen faster. Users recently want to streamline their emails and provide a link to the necessary page where users will perform the necessary action that is being notified in the email. Issue with this inquiry I believe is there is not possibility to do this outside of the start page URLs on the sites. Given there are about two dozen different forms they could be wanting to access through the email I can't think of a solution to provide a unique link for each one of these process models. Does anyone have a use case where they made this work or a useful plugin that may make this possible?

Greetings, I am having an issue with a!exportDataStoreEntityToExcel() but I do not have an issue with a!exportDataStoreEntityToCsv(). They use the same inputs. I have uploaded a screenshot of the error message on the interface. I checked the tomcat-stdout log file and it says java.nullpointerexception. We are using a View on a PostgreSQL database. I am not too positive but it might have stopped working after manually erasing some rows in the tables for the View. Interface Definition: Expression evaluation error: An error occurred while executing a smart service: An error occurred while trying to write to the data store [CR Data Store]. No values have been written. Hi Team, I have a requirement to send email outside our organization with an embedded link to either accept or reject the mail. Once the recipient receives the mail, he/she should click on the link which would open up a page for the user to either accept or reject the mail. This information then has to be passed back to Appian and the work-flow to be continued then. This email response from user is time-bound. If within specified time the user does not respond then the default work-flow is to be followed. We don't want to use a delay timer. We would like these processes to be asynchronous. Can someone suggest me how to achieve this? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!!
