summary view of a record is a UI section

creating a pdf is a completly different story.
-> so you can use a PDF template and fill the data you show there in the file

What Richard has said will do the work. 

If you are having different number of rows for each Record summary, you will need a dynamic document generator Plugin. which will generate number of rows according to your summary.

You might need a XML data model to do so.

You might also need the Create Document from Template smart service. Call the XML.

How to create PDF files:
Open Acrobat and choose “Tools” > “Create PDF”.
Select the file type you want to create a PDF from a single file, multiple files, scan, or another option.
Click “Create” or “Next” depending on the file type.
Follow the prompts to convert to PDF and save it to your desired location.
