Hi, can anyone help me to resolve the error because while connecting to the new connection string of SQL Server Management Studio,i.e, jdbc:sqlserver://uaeadmmsql01mdg.c3ywakkpm0b8.us-east-1.rds.amazonaws.com:1433;databaseName=my_database_name it is showing an error which is "Connection failed". However, I have provided the correct username and password. What should be done in this scenario?

Hi all, I'm trying to edit a process through the Edit Process View in the process modeler, but am missing options when opening a node to configure. To get to configure view with no tabs/options I am taking the following steps... Open designer in monitoring view Check box to show Processes with Errors Click process name to open up process modeler In process modeler I select Edit Process View Double click script task (in this instance the node is called "get list of tickets") I have verified in the Appian Administrator Console my User Type is set as System AdministratorOther developers with their User Type set as System Administrator are able to see the correction options when configuring nodes in the Edit Process View (General/Data/Forms/Scheduling/Assignment/Exceptions/Other). We have several development environments which are all running Appian Version 21.4.340.0In every other development environment where my User Type is set as System Administrator I am able to

Is there a way to tie a user session to a Redis session? I'm not looking for a full cache integration but just a serialized http session for users. There was a question (https://community.appian.com/discussions/f/general/23774/does-appian-support-custom-setup) asked around integration in the same vein and a few notes on Redis in a 20.4 hotfix release notes but that's it. A reverse proxy that supports Redis and SAML could probably get the job done, but I'm looking to see if there's alternatives available.

How do I check the custom.properties file for internationalization as a system administrator? Problem: I want to change the number format for one of the locale [el] which doesn't render in the floatingpointField as expected (12.345.99) In support guides it does state for [dl] the dot is used for 1000 separator and comma for  decimal but not available for el. Is there a way to make this work? The common functions using substitute,fixed  and right to be called for a huge data entry function is not much helpful when we have a language support for Greek.

Hi everyone, In the health check report, I'm facing the following recurrent error in different tasks of one specific process: 'Could not find variable 'tp!owner' In every task, I save it in a process variable (Data > Outputs > Custom Outputs > tp!owner is stored as myVariable). Hi all, I have configured PDF merge and Extract PDF pages smart services for my use case. Both of them are working as expected when I initiate process model as administrator access. But, when I am initiating PM as viewer permissions the output variable newDocumentCreated is not able to save the value. Please see the configuration details below. Please let me know if I can achieve this by any other way.

When we have Designer access to an Appian environment, currently we are able to view the objects of all the Applications present within that environment. In our client environment, there are multiple applications in which developers from multiple organizations are working on. Our team needs to have access to only one particular application that we will be working on and should not be able to see other Applications present within that environment and all its objects. Is there a way to restrict developers with designer access to see only a particular application that they are working on and not see all other applications? Thanks in Advance.

Hi, we upgrade to 22.1 and now we have issue with sending mail , using Sent mail smart service and also sending alerts on a task level. The problem is that this does not happens with all of the mails.
