Can anyone tell me the limit for the number of basic user accounts created in Appian?

When I use  package details api to get package details, it response error { "resource": "/suite/deployment-management/v2/applications/_a-0000ea0b-d034-8000-9c03-011c48011c48_12019827/packages", "title": "An Error Has Occurred", "error": "APNX-1-4552-038", "message": "Cannot access package details. Either this application does not exist or your service account does not have permission to view this application's details." } I created a service account, add Appian-API-Key to header. Also add Service Accounts group to application Users Group and Administrators Group, but can't fix the issue. How to fix the issue?

When the same process variable is updated by both the input and output of a 'user input task' what will be the result? From what I have tested, the input takes precedence. I have an requirement as to rotate the document in IDP reconciliation task. some times documents are coming upside down, it makes user to difficult to extract the data. Can we have a feature in IDP reconciliation task for rotating the documents as same as which is in Classification task? any suggestions would be appreciate. Classification task have Rotate document option. But In Reconciliation task, we don't have that option

Hi, I am using a dropdown with values retrieved from a record. The record only has the identifier field and a text field. The issue is that when using the search option, it finds values that do not match exactly what is typed in the dropdown search box. For example, I type part of the name of one of the records ("real") and it correctly shows only one matching result, "LOREAL EUROPE SUCURSAL ENESPAÑA." However, if I add one more letter ("reald"), the results change and show two results that do not exactly match what I am looking for: "INDUSTRIA CORE ESPAÑOLA DE MODA" and "NEW ERA REMARK LIMITED". I understand that it shows these values due to the following, "INDUSTRIA CORE ESPAÑOLA DE MODA" and "NEW ERA REMARK LIMITED". If I add an "a" -> "realda", it only shows "INDUSTRIA CORE ESPAÑOLA DE MODA". Isn't there a way for it to search only for re

Hello All, Is there a way to pass system message to Appian Records chat to set the tone to the interactions? To be more specific, I want to display a value as chat response that is dependent on a column of the record type instead of displaying the exact value from the column. I am able to achieve it using prompts, but I cannot expect users to write this prompt every time they interact with the bot. 

Hi,     I have got 2 mentions of my Process model in a health check report which 2 weeks ago  # of unattended process loops"PM Name " (UUID of PM ) -> "gateway for a loop" ((more...)"PM Name" (UUID of PM ) -> "sub process node" (11 node(more...) I couldn't really comprehend , what  "# of unattended process loops" really means ? Can someone explain it in simple terms ? At the moment , I am not sure whether this error is reported every time a health check is run , we run health checks  weekly in our organisation. waiting to see whether this error always occurs  what does the 11 nodes above means ? does this means active nodes in the instance ?  do they count gateways also as nodes ? Any idea whether , we can see "# of unattended process loops" in any of the system logs ? If so , which log ? Any pointer on how to fix the issue?  The PM in question , iterates over a number of DB

Hi All, I have recently updated a data type via a new version XSD , it was successful and I also went in and published my Data Store. And old PM which works fine in higher environments with the old version of the data type is throwing me this error every time I try to write to DB,  An error occurred while trying to write to the data store [MOR Data Store].  No values have been written. Details: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute statement (APNX-1-4208-004) Was this caused due to the update of the data type? any suggestions? thanks in advance

I was previously using the Case Management 24.1 and have now installed the newer(24.2) version. I am aware that existing objects get overwritten. I can find all my data in the database but the record types and other objects that were generated and also the newly created objects seem to be deleted. I am facing issue in the Studio site, where the generated record types for the case category and type are deleted and therefore, I cannot create/modify the intake form. I can create a new record type, but the database tables have the previous record type uuid saved. Is there any documentation or course available as a guide to upgrade to a newer version? Has anyone found a workaround for this?

You created and published a new process model. The process model has a start form with two synchronous subprocesses with 40 and 66 nodes each. All nodes are chained from the start node through the subprocesses to the end node. After the tasks and subprocesses, there is a second User Input Task in which the user can confirm the entries and add a comment. When testing as a normal Acme business user, you see that the confirmation screen is not shown to you. What might be the reason for this behavior?' A. Maximum number of activity chained Node is exceed and breaks B. The second User Input Task is assigned to the process Initiator C. the second User Input Task is assigned to the ACME Business user group  it should be A or B confused on this 

I am getting this error while i used refresh variable to refresh the value based in the variable change. Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = c66ea:0543a] in rule 'mtc_griditemtotal' (called by rule 'mtc_formworkorderapproval') at function a!refreshVariable [line 31]: a!refreshVariable may only be used to define a local variable within the a!localVariables function. I am receiving an alert mail saying "A task is unassigned". Does anyone know how to resolve this? This error email occurs only in the production environment and cannot be reproduced in the development environment, so I would like to get as many clues as possible.

Hi All I am using rule event in the exception tab of call integration smart service, I want the exception flow to be triggered if the integration fails. In rule event i added one condition if success = false then exception flow will trigger. It is going to exception flow but also flow going to the next node. So i want flow only go to the exception flow rather than next node.

In my gridColum, I am displaying an email link, with an envelope-o icon.  However, if the value of the field is empty or null, it's still displaying the icon. My company has an application that has grown in size over the past few years. The main functionality is to create an estimate for a customer for work. When we create a new estimate, we kick off an orchestration process model that then chains through subsequent process models and directs the user from User Input task to User Input task. As sub processes start and end, they each have a 1 day deletion clean up. At the end of the business flow, once the estimate and work is done, the user closes the estimate and the orchestration model ends. Throughout the lifespan of the estimate, it is constantly going in and out of process models.I understand that Appian is moving towards and giving advice to move away from this type of architecture and move more to a record centric approach, but for us, that would be a large undertaking, and thought it may be on the radar down the road, I'm more so looking for feedback/answers regarding the currently situation. So my question is this, here&#39

Tried passing multiple values to a query param to filter a column values that are in the list of values in query param. In Query Filter tried the "in" operator. Its not working. Below is sample query param with multiple filters to filter by that I am trying. ?queryParam=value1,value2 Please advise how to filter based on multiple values.
