Hello, I have data like the picture bellow. The type of the data is Any Type(List of Dictionary), It shows that List of Dictionary has 2 items, but, when I use the count() function it returns "1". How can I count the "Any Type(List of Dictionary)"

Any integration function there to over come this challenge

Hi I want to filter my data by the field: "provienceID" (image bellow)  in my integration I create a rule input (number integer) The idea is, when I change the test values in the expression, I test with 1 and the result will be all my data with the "province ID" with value 1. I use this expression in query parameter section, but it doesn't filter by the values that I want, it gives me all the values For example for "province ID" with value 1 must show me just 15 fields a!query( filter: a!queryFilter( field: "provienceID", operator: "=", value: ri!provinceID ), pagingInfo: a!pagingInfo(1,-1) )

Is there any way to identify common objects between two or more application. We have more than 30 unused applications and many(more than 2000) unused objects. We are planning to delete all the unused application and the objects which are part of those applications. So we need to delete the objects in bulk, but there are some used objects which are part of those unused application. For this I need to find the used objects in unused application by giving the active application name. Is there any way to do this?

Hi everyone, I am new to Appian and facing challenges in using customFieldPicker, we need to implement: Do we have any Field where user can search for exiting list of values from database, and if value(text column in our case) is not there in the list then whatever value user has typed in can be written to DB on the form submission. Later the value will become part of the list. We implemented it like this: We have one table having 2 fields- id and text only. The ER we created is attached below: We are unable to save the value. Please let me know what I am doing wrong. Thank you!

Requirement#1: As a manager, I should be able to configure the percentage allocation for each staff members. Requirement#2: As a manager, I want the system to auto assign the ingested cases(requests) to the staff members in the configured percentage. where to start and what to do to implement this .. like can anyone please guide step by step for this

So I am working toward getting my Senior Developer Certification. One of the major components of the Exam seems to be Database Management. I am well versed with RDBMS but wanted to understand the scope as far as certification is concerned. I see "Appian Advanced Data Design Training". However it is Instructor Led only. There is no self study option. Not only can't I find anything on schedule in the "Americas" for the Instructor led course, I would rather study on my own time. I simply want to know what topics are covered in the Instructor Led course. Hopefully this is public information and can be shared? Thanks in advance

Thought I would ask here to draw awareness. Going through the Portals Course - specifically the Publishing Portals Course. At the end there is a tutorial that needs the Wyndhamm Power Outage Application. Only I cannot find the application in the Appian Community Edition. Did someone at Appian forget? Or am I supposed to find the package somewhere and import it. Hopefully someone has solved this problem already.

RPA process cant scan Drop down components from appian and ends the process when it comes to drop down, it takes id as a random number when i gave recorder by interacting with dropdown, So what i was trying to do is create rpa process to automatically login into my appian designer and create an interface, so when i try to press new which is a drop down the interaction is not being performed

Hi, I am taking the service name from drop down field from interface and mapping it to following variable. After that I am uploading excel as below: Following is the rule I am using in script task and saving its value into Boolean type variable 'flag'. My requirement is if pv!Service_name=pv!cdt.srvc_nm then it should go to XOR path otherwise send email path.  if I change the value in excel rows the flow is not going in appropriate way. Hi, I am trying to download the Data Store Entity in to excel. If I don't give any selection and filter criteria only 5k records are downloading & if I give selection & filter criteria only 1k records are downloading, but I expect more records to be download. Is there any limitation from Appian to download the records from data store entity, If yes, then how much records?  Thanks, Kiran
