Hi, I have a Process Model and it should run as per the scheduled time. There were no issues with this. But, as and when I am re-starting Appian services, the above defines process Model is triggering. Can someone advise if I have to do any setting changes to avoid this issue. Thanks in advance.

I am getting this response in the integration object when using the connected systems (oauth client credentials)The authorization is successful in the connected system. If I make the request in postman, I get 403, which is correct as I am still fixing the application permissions. It seems as if the integration object was not adding the bearer token to the request.

Hi! I´m trying to make a process in which a document (pdf) is uploaded, then some values are extracted and reconciliated and, finally, those values are saved into a record. By now I managed to create a process until the reconciliation of the document: First of all, the process start form allows the user to upload the document After that, I start the doc extraction and, when it is finished, the user is allow to supervise and reconcile the values which are not correct and "train" the program. By now, this step appears as a task in tempo (I don´t know how to make it appear in the process, by now I have to click into" reconcile doc straction" and "execute the task", manually My doubt here is how to save the values, mapping them with specific columns of a created record. By now I have a data type (general) only with the fields (id factura, nomProveedor, NIF...). 

Hello, I'm running into a rather curious issue with record controls and userfilters on a records interface (a!headerContentLayout). In my first screenshot, the 'Show Search' box, userfilter, export filter options appear normal in desktop, wide-desktop formats, but then all options disappear when viewing in mobile tablet. Also, shrinking the interface in a smaller web browser window does stack the record controls as expected. Any ideas as to why the visible options discrepancy on the tablet format?Screenshot #1 (Desktop View)Thanks,JT

Hi! I have the following editable grid, in which some values are passed from another record and other ones are completed by the user When I run the process model, it seems to work properly, auto-generated values appear and the user completes the rest of values: But after this, the auto-completed values don´t appear in the record! I´m using a WriteRecords function directly in the interface, not in the process model My configuration is the following one: I´m using the fv!item to save the values into the local variables, the appending to create new rows and finally using the writeRecords function. But it fails for the variables in which the value is a rule input from a previous interface (idFactura, idPedido, proveedor). The rest of them are saved correctly. What can I do? Thanks a lot! Hi All,  Recently when we are trying to resolve Health Check UI highlighted issues for our application we got one Yellow warning as "Array of primitive type detected"There is one CDTtype!TEST_CDT( id, name, documentId ) <xsd:element maxOccurs="unbounded" minOccurs="0" name="documentId" type="xsd:int"> <xsd:annotation> <xsd:appinfo source="appian.jpa">@Column(name="document_id", nullable=false, columnDefinition="INT(11)")</xsd:appinfo> </xsd:annotation> </xsd:element>This document is mapped as Number(Integer) and is Array, which is giving the above warning. ISSUE: When I am checking the database the table does not have this column and still data store verification is being passed. Values are being stored in this variable and are being queried too. I am not able to understand how this column is not present in database and still mapped in CDT.

Hello, I recently came across the issue of putting in all of my rule input values that I need for my editable grid to have my interface working.  What happens is that I go to save after entering the rule input values in and when I reload the interface I get an error at the top. Also, my rule input values go back to null. What is the reason for this? Is there some sort of mapping step with the data that has been missed? Sorry if this is a dumb question or has been answered before, I tried searching for other threads with the same issue but didn't find anything if it is out there. Any help is appreciated.

Hello All, I wanted to know what the best way is to export the data to excel. We know the records the best way to do it but due to some reasons we cannot use records as we have multiple departments and for each, we don't want to create Records. Coming to OOTB smart service provided by Appian (Export DSE to Excel) - it doesn't allow us to do any customization on the data from db. So,, for that we have written a view, but it takes considerable amt of time since we need to show multiple Display values instead of codes. So, joining with the reference table for each category is also slowing down the performance. (We are using MySQL) We are trying best to improve the performance but seems, there might some changes come future which may slow down the performance.  So trying to find the best way to handle it right now.  Do we have any integrations specially for excel? Or if anyone has worked on specific requirement, we where we need to fetch data from Mutiple tables and al

Hi, I am using Text Doc From Template smart service in my process and it is creating the document as per our requirements but we need document Id in my process. Please help how we get the document Id in the smart service. We have tried with the above configuration but it returns the document name.

Hello Community, I am working on a form where employees enter all their basic details and also upload a profile picture of them. These employees already have an Appian user account. My requirement is to update the profile pic document ID in a database table and also update that particular user's profile picture in Appian. Since Update User Profile Smart Service doesn't have the option to update the profile picture of an user, I searched in App market and came across a third party plugin named "User Profile Picture Utilities" but it is not working as expected. When added it to process model, it runs fine without any error but the profile picture of the user is not updated. Is there any other way to change the Profile picture of Appian user account other than smart services? Also, I would like to know if there is an option to disable the Profile section for users (Please refer to the attached image)? Thanks in Advance!

Hi,  In my dropdown field, I need the choice Labels to be concatenate two fields. choiceLabels: concat ( fieldname1 & "-" &  fieldname2 ). When I Used this, I am getting below errror: A dropdown component has an invalid value for "choiceValues". The choiceLabels and choiceValues arrays must be the same length, but choiceLabels was length 1 and choiceValues was length 101.

Hi, I have a requirement to send/receive message to process instance. My instance holds 3-4 receive message events a particular receive message will be executed based on the msg.properties.xyz properties. When a particular receive message event continues and the process terminates I am getting a error email from rest of the listeners. Hi! I´m trying to create an editable grid in which the user can introduce new rows, so that: 1) The data introduced in the editable grid is saved into a record. Also, I´m saving variables from a previous interface (IDFactura, IDPedido, Proveedor), and I want them to be saved in the same record 2) When a new row is added, it is also saved into the record The problem I´m facing is how to save both type of variables in my record (previous variables and actual ones):           - For the actual ones (editable grid) I´m using the WriteRecords function inside the interface            - For the new ones, I´m adding an a!save function When I add the a!save function, my actual variables (editable grid) are not saving correctly. Hi, I have a date field in Form. The selected date i need to pass it to integration service which is a datetime field. For my inputted date to pass i need to convert todatetime to pass into integration. The issue we are seeing is below conversion is appending the timezone to the datetimefield which is not needed. Hi, I am trying to add a customized background image for a form with text boxes, dropdowns, check boxes, and radio buttons. a!billboardLayout is there but it does not support text boxes, dropdowns, or checkboxes. Is there any other way to achieve this?
