Hi all, I have a question about setting up multiple IDPs in Appian. Specifically, can we use the same entityID, LoginPage for other IDP? We already have used https://<subdomain>.appiancloud.com and /assertionConsumer for login page. Do I have to use it for the second IDP configuration? Or I have to create a separate links for the new IDP configuration?

I want to get latest version number of 50+ appian objects. Is there a way to write some script to get there version number based on their names. Currently i had to open each objects manually and note its version number.

Hello guys I want to make a working hours system application which let the users insert their working hours, then the app calculates if they reached to the require hours or not. what I need to know exactly is how can I create a user input to let the users insert their information. Can anyone guide me please? 

I dont want to create task report and queryprocessanalytics to do get the status. Is there any other easy way of getting it?

Hi All, I'm trying to come up with automated process to present the data from 'system logs'. As an example I'm interested in system logs\audit\sites-usage.csv report. I would like to either: Create Dashboard/Report to present the data directly from that log Create a Process Model that will get the data from the report and insert it into Data Store Entity Does anyone know if it's possible? Can we refer those logs in a process model? Thank You!

Hello Community, It has been a standard for a while to store usernames in audit fields in Appian apps. A while back Appian added the ability for users to change their username. I am just looking to see if this changed your approach for audit fields.

When logging into Appian community, I cannot manage to reset my MFA, and the Email MFA, has consistently taken 15-30 mins to send the one-time-verification code to my email. Commonly at this time it is already expired.  This essentially makes my Appian Community account unusable, since some days I cannot login at all due to this issue. When I go to the support page, to open a ticket, it just shows a blank page with Manage Accelerators on it. My guess is this is because I am a member of a Account where I am not a Support Contact, so I cannot open tickets... Even when they are related to my personal account. https://forum.appian.com/suite/sites/myappian/page/support So to recap, I cannot reset my MFA, I cannot submit a support ticket to reset my MFA, and the email based MFA does not work consistently and some days not at all.

Hello communityI am currently thinking a lot of the kind of super limited way of appian dealing with big decimal numbers.Example: 12313139.1 as input will result in:  1.231314e+07   If you want to transfer this number via API (JSON input) that will cause issues as the receiving system cannot deal with the ‘e+07’ in the end. -> is there any other approach to solve this except converting it into a string?  The API developer will think we are unreasonable to have a decimal regardless how big, should be a text. Its not helping appians reputation withing the clients company there.(and i can understand their thinking) What are your thoughts on that? Do I miss there something?

Hi all, I'm trying to edit a process through the Edit Process View in the process modeler, but am missing options when opening a node to configure. To get to configure view with no tabs/options I am taking the following steps... Open designer in monitoring view Check box to show Processes with Errors Click process name to open up process modeler In process modeler I select Edit Process View Double click script task (in this instance the node is called "get list of tickets") I have verified in the Appian Administrator Console my User Type is set as System AdministratorOther developers with their User Type set as System Administrator are able to see the correction options when configuring nodes in the Edit Process View (General/Data/Forms/Scheduling/Assignment/Exceptions/Other). Is there a way to tie a user session to a Redis session? I'm not looking for a full cache integration but just a serialized http session for users. There was a question (https://community.appian.com/discussions/f/general/23774/does-appian-support-custom-setup) asked around integration in the same vein and a few notes on Redis in a 20.4 hotfix release notes but that's it. A reverse proxy that supports Redis and SAML could probably get the job done, but I'm looking to see if there's alternatives available.
