Is it possible to create a L2 support group for an application with process monitoring view but without giving them designer acces? main objective is to monitor the process instances and in case of failure doing basic analysis and report L3.

I have a requirement where we need to track who removed a user from a group. Additionally, when a user updates the group and their name appears as the last modifier, it's challenging to identify the specific user who removed another user, especially when multiple users have recently updated the group. Hello, i have to find out a document using Document Name which is uploaded in the past. (which is no longer available). I have looked into different System Logs like 'deletion.log', file_attachment_download, blocked_files.csv and unscanned_files.csv but no luck. Surprisingly there is no documentation available for Uploaded Documents in system logs. Could you please suggest if I am missing anything here? Thanks in advance.

Hi When user is clicking default  appian profile it's throwing an error An Error Has Occurred  record data does not exist, has been deleted, or you do not have sufficient privileges to access it. (APNX-1-4205-006) but user is part of all groups. Only one person is getting this error. Could you please provide suggestions. How can i achieve this.

Hi, During a recent penetration testing it was found that our application is revealing informative application error messages.  When I cross checked all the APIs we have implemented we have custom HTTP responses defined for all web API if the HTTP status code from the API response is 500.  The Security analysis report describes the problem as following - When sending a POST request to  =>      /suite/rest/a/logging/latest/csp/report with malformed input parameter, the server response included debug information. This can enable an attack to refine their attack strategies. As per the standard remedial for this kind of issues I have created few custom error html pages for 404, 500 for e.g. and edited the httpd.conf file in the apache web server to point to these custom htmls...something like this .... We are planning to use the Organization SSO instead of Appian authentication for our Appian cloud instances. I have one doubt, what happens to the administrator account post SAML enabled .

We have deployed app to prod environment back in 2020. After a few years it turned out that some features are not needed. We have deleted those objects on our dev environment then on git repo. During deployment to UAT or PROD based on version control system package.zip is created. This package does not contains deleted objects. This package is pushed to higher environment by Appian API - during deployment objects not available in package are not deleted from higher environment but Appian just remove them from deployed application. In other words objects remain in higher environment as not linked to particular application. I configured SAML Authentication following appian guide, but when I test configuration, using Test this configuration button, I am been redirect on the IDP and I receive the following error message ..... The service provider "xxxx..." dosen't have a unique key for signing, but 0. Did anyone solved the same issue? id it a problem related to Appian configuration or something it's wrong on IDP server side? Thanks

Hi all, I have a requirement like elaborated below -  Two Applications are there, 1- Appian application which is authenticating through LDAP 2. Another app built using spring boot authenticating through LDAP only and generating token Note:  both are using same credentials to login means same LDAP is configured at both places  requirement is supposed someone logged in through Appian application, we can provide link to access to 2nd application and need to pass token from Appian. how can we generate token from appian by LDAP login?
