In "monitor" section there is a "go to customizable report" link. I tried to filter them based on the name. I tried (see below the print-screen): -Name like "Daily" -Name like "Daily%" What exactly is the proper way? I need to filter all reports that start with "Daily". The above 2 didn't work. Any idea? Hi Everyone, We are looking for the ways to monitor the Disk, Memory and CPU usage metrics through logs in Appian Cloud environment and send alerts if it reaches certain thresholds. I know Appian Support will notify us through a support ticket when certain threshold reaches, but we would like to have our own monitoring and automated alerts before Appian Support creates the ticket to act on it immediately. Also, we know that we can monitor these metrics through Appian Support portal which is not an efficient way as this needs to be monitored manually during our entire business hours. If we have these logs, we wanted to get them to our Splunk logs and create the alerts accordingly when a particular metric reaches certain thresholds which will reduce the manual effort and can respond on time. So please let me know if anyone implemented this kind of feature in your Appian Cloud space. Appreciate your response. Thank you, Veera

Hi, I am having an issue where if I log out of an environment and log back in again, the screen I am presented with is tempo as opposed to the site page that I have configured in the user start pages section of the admin console. There are no other pages (tempo included) configured in the admin console except for the one that I want. I have tried removing all users from the tempo users group but that does nothing. This is happening for all users. I don't know of any other way to configure user start pages other than the tab in the admin console. Does anyone know anything about this and any way to fix it? It is going to be an issue for end users in a live system where we do not use tempo at all. Many thanks

Hi, I am managing an Appian app across multiple environments and need to monitor licensing usage. I need to be able to identify users who have not logged in the past 90 days and need to do this analysis by user group. However, I cannot find any 'Last Login Date' field anywhere. Interested to know how other people have approached this. One very manual solution would be to process the audit log file daily to compute and maintain manually a 'Last Login Date' field, but I am hoping to find a more elegant/sustainable solution. Additionally, the audit log file does not indicate the user group(s). How can I include / Where can I find this information? Thanks for your suggestion. Much appreciated!

Hi, I have exported an Appian Application from server A and Import into server B. But, when I looked into Server# B after import there in no Application name, but I was able to see individual objects. Can someone advise, what needs to needs to be done if I have to get the same application name from Server# A to Server# B. There is a User Input Task in the process model that is assigned to a group. All users are receiving emails, but some members receive an email with only their email address in the ‘To’ field, while I received the same email with 10 members listed in the ‘To’ field. where to set this configuration

We have two separate Appian applications, but deployment notification emails currently go to the same global recipient list. We need different groups to be notified based on which application is deployed. What is the recommended way to achieve this?

Hi all, We want to restrict the drop table and truncate table privileges to certain users in certain schemas. I'm aware of the documentation strategy for restricting write or admin permissions: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/25.4/appian-cloud-database-administration.html#cloud-database We need to go finer here, not that radical. We have designers maintaining our PRO environment, we need them to write into the DB (as they may need to fix incidents) but we want to prevent them running more "hardcore" commands, like drop or truncate. I've also looked at the Appian admin stored procedures, to see if we can do anything similar to the normal "grant" dba commands, but I've been unable to find anything useful. Any advice? My use case is: I receive a dynamic Excel file from the user each time, with changing column names, different sheet numbers, and a large amount of data. I need to insert this data into the database and display it in the interface. I tried Excel-to-DB, but it doesn’t work dynamically. I also tried using AI to extract data from Excel, but I’m not able to extract all sheets dynamically. What should I try?

Thank you for your earlier advice on saving logs at application startup. As we approach the production phase of the system, I am attempting to deploy from the development environment to the testing environment, but I am encountering an import error with the aforementioned logging output application. It indicates that there is a problem with the baseURL in the connected system, but I do not see anything particularly wrong. Is there anything specific I should check? What I'm concerned about is that this application connects to a Web API within my server, and it's authenticated with a security account. Whenever I try to to test connection from appian its showing me No trusted assertions were provided by the Identity Provider. docs.appian.com/.../appian-cloud-database-administration.html Does anyone have additional context on the reasoning behind these recommendations?  My client has hard data segregation needs and plans to use multiple schemas to address them, but we want to know more about what problems we might expect to run into.  We're using the cloud database. The biggest issue reported to me so far had to do was a problem around using compare and deploy to update stored procedures (ones that reference multiple schemas), but they found a manual workaround to mitigate that issue.  I'm curious if there's any other notable issues that can be expected or if there's any loss of other capabilities we're unaware of at this time. This may be an odd request, but can I call deployments api v2 in the lowest environment (dev) to get the export log files associated with a package? I ask because in Admin->Infrastructure, we have enabled incoming and outgoing external deployments only for our 'next' environment (SIT), and adding new environment doesn't allow self-reference. My connected system seems to be failing and suspect that enable incoming / outgoing is only set for 'SIT' environment. The motivation for the ask is to grab the export logs of a package at the dev level to load in unexported precedents for further processing. Thanks for any insight, Eric Casteel

I'm planning to run a nightly process that will see if any new application has been created for the past 24 hours, and then send notification with some instructions to the person who created the new application.  is there a way to detect these new application containers? any plug-in I can utilize?  We self manage Appian on Kubernetes, so we have access to logs and Appian metadata.

Hi team, I'm exploring options to fetch user login audit logs for extended periods such as the last 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. Currently, I only see daily login audit data available. Is there a more efficient or consolidated approach to retrieve historical login activity over longer durations? Any guidance or best practices from the community would be appreciated.

Hi everyone. The client has asked to use a particular Typeface. I have the Woff2 URL's on the admin console. However, when entering and inspecting the site, the typeface/font gives a 404 error. Investigating further, I notice how on the initial HTML script, the URL for the typeface/font starts with a "/suite" instead of the actual "https://" Has anyone dealt or experience a similar problem before?Thanks!

Hi Appian Community, I'm currently developing a multi-regional application in Appian that will be used by Spanish-speaking users across different countries, including Spain, Mexico, and Colombia. While they all share the same language, I've noticed that number formatting conventions vary significantly between regions, especially in how thousands and decimal separators are used. For example: In Spain: 123.456,78 (dot for thousands, comma for decimals) In Mexico: 123,456.78 (comma for thousands, dot for decimals)  My question is: Does Appian automatically distinguish between regional variants of the Spanish language (like es_ES vs es_MX) when applying number and date formats? Or do we need to explicitly configure the full locale (e.g., es_MX instead of just es) for each user to ensure the correct regional formatting? Additionally, has anyone implemented custom logic to handle formatting based on the user's country? What best practices would you recommend to maintain co
