Hi everyone, I’m currently working on integrating UiPath with Appian using the UiPath Connected System, but I’m facing an issue while trying to establish the connection. Error Details: Whenever I attempt to configure and test the connection, I receive the following error: Steps I Followed: Installed the UiPath Connected System in Appian. Entered the required details, including Tenant (Default), Username, and Password (the same credentials I use to log in to UiPath). Looking for Help: Has anyone else faced this issue? Hello,We are trying to create an Appian RPA bot which creates and configures a process model in an appian application. We are able create one, but facing issues while configuring the process model. As the bot needs to drag the smart services from the palette and drop between start node and end node, we are unable to find the X co-ordinate and Y co-ordinate in the Drag RPA service. Also the bot is unable to identify the selectors such as XPath, CSS, or ID in the Interact with Element RPA Service.So is there any alternate way to achieve this. Hi all, I am trying to make a small robot that downloads an excel file from Appian and uses a macro template to apply formatting to the downloaded file.Using the Open excel workbook action on the downloaded file everything works. When I use the same action to open an xlsm file, that is, the file with the macro, I get this error which I attach.I thank in advance those who will help me solve the error.Best regards,Marco Pennacchia

Hello,I am developing a robot that performs a registration on a website. The problem is that sometimes when I click the "Sign In" button, it shows the message "Invalid or expired reCAPTCHA token." This is not a reCAPTCHA that involves puzzles or checkbox clicks; it's just a message. If I click manually, it sometimes allows me to proceed. I have tried implementing pauses and mouse movements, but they don't always work. I would like to know if there is a viable solution to bypass this reCAPTCHA. Is it possible to add a support file to the robotic task that solves reCAPTCHA? If so, do these solutions have a cost, and which ones do you recommend? Or is there another solution?Thanks

Hi  We recently encountered the following alert in the Operations Console:“You have robot(s) using an outdated auto-login service. Please reinstall the robot(s) to avoid disruptions. The outdated version will be unsupported in a future release.” However, we have already updated to the latest versions: Agent Version: 9.14 Java Version: 17.0.12 Has anyone else faced this issue, and if so, what steps were taken to resolve it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. or agent re installation will work? Thank you!

I am trying to create an RPA using APPIAN RPA Configurator, in the Maven settings, I get the error: This step checks if the Maven settings.xml configuration file exists and has the required configuration. Appian RPA Configurator can create or edit this file for you. Note: If you continue with this step, Appian RPA Configurator will create or add the required configuration to your settings.xml file When I go ahead and add the user, URL to the repository and the Maven key, another error pops up and returns me to the same screen with the previous error in red.

Hello, I have been using a community edition and am trying to use Appian's RPA feature to open a browser and enter information into a legacy system. I am doing this on a Mac. When I navigate to the ops console to activate my robot and then create a robotic task, I am instructed to download the prerequisite files for installing and running the RPA. But I find the linked files are only for Windows. Although the documentation says it is possible on Mac, I can't find where to download Mac RPA files. Does anyone know where I can find them? 

I got 2 of this. one is Intergrate Designer and one is API Web designer. I already configured all the parameter and the endpoint seem the same from 2 of them. I use test request and both of them return success (200) but only Web API designer post data to database while Intergrate Desginer doesn't. Integration Designer :  Web Api Designer: Can anyone know what is the issue and how to resolve this one.

When I was creating the robot in RPA Appian, I forgot to add user with permission, so at this step I cannot delete the current bot to add another bot (delete button in grey). I use community edition so only 1 robot can be created. can any one help me how to delete the bot or who/email that I can contact to remove the bot or grant me the access to remove the bot ?

Hello Community,I'm facing "An error has occurred during the execution of the smart service activity."  while executing Robotic smart service. I have uploaded some Macro Files and passed as an input. But, Robotic Tasks smart service execution is failed. When I passed similar kind of Macro files then it executed well earlier. I'm unable to figure it out. Can anyone help me on this. 

Hi Appian Community, I have been trying to create a short POC in Appian RPA Community edition but it has been a struggle. After resolving multiple issues, i'm now stuck at one issue from where i cant proceed . I'm unable to perform any debugging task as it takes a lifetime to connect to a robot. Also have been facing continuous issues with task recorder while launching any web browser , the success percentage is 1% as of now. I have checked the following already -  1.Agent is installed correctly and showing OK as can be seen in attached screenshot  2. Installed the web driver at appropriate location 3. Web driver installed is of correct version

We are currently using Appian 24.1 version. I am testing out RPA as an option for automated testing and when I use the Interact with Element the Clear Value option is not working. Any suggestions?  I want to remove the original text with entirely new data and not just add to it when using the Update Value option.

Why I'm facing this issue when I try to create a robot? It was working, and I have deleted the robot to create a new one.
