After upgrading an environment, Admin users cannot see site pages after site visibility is set to false.
This is inconsistent with non-upgraded environments as Admin users can see site pages with site visibility set to false.
This is expected behavior. Site visibility applies to system administrators on new environments.
This feature was introduced via AN-128790 in Appian 20.4.600.0 and 21.1.275.0
Upgrade all environments to the latest version of Appian.
To remove the inconsistency, the following feature toggle can be enabled through custom.properties on non-upgraded environments. This will cause site visibility to be applied to system administrators.
sitePageVisibilityAppliedToSysAdmin.enabled=true
