Symptoms

Downloading a document which is part of Record results in an error of the following type:

{"error":""APNX-1-0000-000","message":"","title":"An Error Has Occurred"}

Cause

One of the reasons for this issue is that the related document has expired.

Action

Once you confirm the document has expired, it can be reinstated using the steps described here.
