DRAFT KB-XXXX Expression evaluation error at function a!adminRouter: A grid component [label=“Executions by Minute”] has an invalid value for “value” and “totalCount”

This issue has been resolved in an Appian hotfix/new Appian version. Please apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Symptoms

When selecting a rule with more than 25 data points within the Rule Performance page of the Appian Administration Console and navigating another page of results, the following error is seen in the UI when a user tries to return to the rule performance history and view another rule:

HTTP Code: 500
APNX-1-4198-000

Error Evaluating UI Expression
Expression evaluation error at function a!adminRouter: A grid component [label=“Executions by Minute”] has an invalid value for “value” and “totalCount”. “startIndex” must not be greater than “totalCount”, but “startIndex” was X and “totalCount” was Y.

Cause

This issue has been addressed via AN-105621 in the following hotfixes/versions:

17.3 Hotfix Package I
17.4 Hotfix Package H
18.1 Hotfix Package D
18.2 Hotfix Package A

Action

Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Workaround

Navigate back to the first page of data points before clicking away from the rule.
