During the start up process analytics engines are either in replaying or down state. The <APPIAN_HOME>/logs/service_manager.logs has following error:
<APPIAN_HOME>/logs/service_manager.logs
Unable to decoding KResponse
The error is caused because of out of sync engine data between execution and analytics engines.
Run the resetAnalystics script following the instruction here.
